They have bad service and when I called they hang up on me when I was trying to get something but they didn't care they hanged up and they were very bad and I will never go to them again I repeat do not go to them they will pay to to to much

My Tech was Eli and he did a very good job on my air ducts.He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing all while training a new hire..he took before and after pics/video and sent them to me for my personal records. I called green air home service for my chimney. I thought there was a water spot above my chimney because of the leakage or something but the professional came and looked at it and said it was literally nothing. Not to forget I made him wait for at least an hour and he was still very calm and nice.. Saved me hundreds of dollars by giving an honest opinion. Will definitely hire them again.

We just moved into our new home and wanted the vents cleaned to start fresh.

Upon arrival, they constantly interrupted my husband's work (he works from home) while they were here to try to upsell him on replacing our duct system, even when he told them repeatedly they we were just looking to get things cleaned today and weren't interested. My husband told them that he was in the middle of work, the guy apologized but then continued to come over and show him videos of the ducts over and over.

He even went as far as to tell my husband that if we didn't replace our duct systems, we were ensuring we'd get cancer and we'd give our kids cancer because the sealants in there. That was beyond inappropriate.

The entire thing was unprofessional. We still have dust in many of our vents falling out that they never vacuumed up. The kitchen and laundry room also had a trail of dryer vent build up that they left on the floor for us to vacuum. The entire process was strange and unprofessional. I would not recommend their service again.

Benjamin is a great inspector who let me see exactly what he was talking about and showed me how to open the damper. He even helped me kill some wasps! Very kind and knowledgable. I would recommend him and green air home services to anyone with a fireplace.

These guys are Really professional when it came to the cleaning of my ducts and unit , not only that he service my chimney and dryer vent . The results of the cleaning was amazing he showed me before and after pictures. I was comfortable from start to finish . Definitely recommend.

We had to have all of our duct work replaced after rats chewed holes in our ducts and he saved us a few thousand dollars compared to a quote we received from the company that installed our AC. Benjamin always showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Can't recommend him and his team enough!

Benjamin came for a chimney sweep and inspection. He gave me a lot of information on how to care for the fireplace and chimney and even advice on how I could do certain things myself! He was very helpful and honest. Definitely respect him and his business.

Green Air Home Services was wonderful! Professional, great communicator, fast and polite!! They told me exactly what was going to happen and showed me before and after pictures! Plus they offered a same week appointment and even told me what to watch for as far as the health of my fireplace going forward! I highly recommend them!!

Dryer Vent cleaning. I called this company to clean my dryer Vent. They told me it would be $69. When they came, they said it would be $329 to clean to the outside. The guy was an Independent Contractor, so he did the work, but left the lint and bird's nest on the ground and a mess. They didn't do a good job. The lint has caused a major backup, they failed to remove the duct on the back of the dryer, now they want to charge a separate charge to clean that. I had to get GE to come check the dryer, and they said it's definitely the vent. I called for them to come back and they want to charge a fee for that. It should be covered for the work already done. Do not use them ! They use Contractors and they might send someone that is terrible like the one I had.

Benjiman and his team are great. Over Christmas I noticed that my grandmas house had mold growing at almost all the vents. I called Ben and he got his team out there the next day to figure out what was the issue, got me a quote the next day and a team out there the following Monday and finished everything in one day with out ever distributing my grandmas routines. As a plus my aunt told me that my grandmas room was colder than everywhere else and that it was much warmer now, apparently Ben’s team installed dampers at all the ducts to help regulate air flow through out the house more evenly which we never even talked about. 100% above and beyond and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Benjamin of Green Air turned up and sorted me out real quick. Excellent service, downright honest, checked out the fireplace and told me there was np need for an inspection. Did not even charge me for the call-out.

This company did a great job cleaning our ducts, dryer vent and furnace. We moved into a home that previously had pets and smokers. The difference after the cleaning was great. The technician said he did not think the vents had ever been cleaned. So happy we went with this quality company. Would use them again next time.

Green Air were prompt, professional and thorough on cleaning our vents and repairing a duct. Eli was great at explaining what needed to be done. Totally happy with the value and quality of work they did and would highly recommend to others!

Nonresponsive. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Clean & Green Air Duct Cleaning. Trying to request their services, I e-mailed a service request on 3/5, didn’t hear back after three days, and sent follow-up messages on 3/8 and 3/10 (this morning). I also submitted a request on their app. on 3/8. The company didn’t respond to anything. It seems like they could have at least replied to say they weren’t available.

Benjamin did an excellent job. Not only did he have protective equipment but he also took care of the floor and the area around the Fireplace making sure it was Cleaned up after the job was done. He pointed out differences between Gas Fireplace and Wood Fireplace which is important when you are trying to time how often your Fireplace should be Cleaned or how it should be operated. Very punctual, called ahead, thoroughly explained the job details and did exactly what was needed. I'll definitely call him for all future work (AC Air Duct in spring). He even gave us a discount because my wife is a teacher. Thank you Benjamin!
