Benjamin is tireless in his pursuit to help people and it shows in his work. I rarely meet people willing to help others like this. He even grabbed a broken lightbulb for me I couldn’t reach.
He talked me through all my options even gave me multiple discounts. I will definitely be recommending his services.

Benjamin was very professional and honest! He even took the time to walk my husband though maintaining the dryer vent cleaning in order to save money. I'll definitely be booking him again to take care of my air conditioner vents!.

Benjamin did a great job. He was on time,
performed an inspection of our chimney and made recommendations. He took his time to answer all my questions. Although we only needed some repairs to our fireplace, if we need chimney cleaning in the future, I will happily call him.

Benjamin came out at the scheduled time, was punctual and very professional. He inspected and cleaned the chimney, as well as my dryer vent. Even gave me an estimate for cleaning my air ducts. He also suggested that I get several other quotes and offered to answer any further questions we may have regardless to which company we choose to do the air duct job.

Benjamin was great. We had appointment to clean my chimney but after inspection. I didn’t need a cleaning. Everything looked good I just need to change the way I was using the fireplace... not so much wood. Because he does free inspections I owed him nothing. Very knowledgeable and honest! Thank you!

We hired Green Air Duct Cleaning & Home Services and worked with Eli and Ben for our home when we discovered possible mold in our ductwork on our yearly air conditioning maintenance by another AC contractor. We took time to research and meet with other duct cleaning companies which also were highly rated and reviewed different estimates but what sold me on this company despite getting cheaper estimates was the quality and time spent on the initial estimate. Eli took time to evaluate all 7 of our air conditioning units and was meticulous in his approach and the most thorough out of any the companies that came out to inspect our home. He opened up the ducts attached to the plenum to determine where exactly the source of moisture was coming from. None of the other companies did this and either got estimates which were less or more but what stood out in my mind was their approach towards cleaning the ducts/vents and just made the most sense. When they came out to perform the job, I met with the owner, Ben, and he always took time to answer every question and was also extremely informative and showed me every vent and plenum worked on and his staff worked diligently to clean the ducts and remove mold with their process. Be sure to use them and remember to do your homework and review the BBB and know what certifications are important. I would not hesitate to use this company and although I was promised other promotions and less cost from other companies, I would just remember how thorough the company is on their initial estimate and understand their process and their approach and this company never tried to apply "pressure" or use scare tactics and were extremely practical and knowledgeable. You could always spend less with another company but if it is not done right to begin with, than in the end, you will end up spending more to have it redone again.

Thank you to Benjamin from Green Air, he came to my house and was able to find what the problem was and get it fixed immediately by using the camera Inspection after I had 2 different companies who fail to do so. One of them, wrongly told me to replace the old duct and asked for $3500. After Benjamin found the problem , he said it will cost $400 saving us a bunch of money. Everything is working great, like there was never a problem.

Benjamin from Green Air did a mold removal and cleanup at our condo recently. Their estimate was fair and Ben went out of his way to explain everything to us. They did a great job cleaning, replaced our filters and even fixed some damage done to one of our vent hoses for free that was done by a different company during their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Green Air duct service in Houston to replace our air ducts last December and they did a great job. We recently had them do maintenance on our AC unit. The service technician was very friendly and professional. He showed us pictures of the work he had done and communicated what he had done along with suggestions for us. We appreciate you for our fresh indoor air quality.

This is an EDITED review.

The company did all the "right" things to sell, until they needed to honor a 5-year service agreement, where they disappeared and didn't show up to perform agreed upon duct maintenance. After pursuing them for an extended period it became too time-consuming, and I'm assuming they are counting on people not to chase a small business to meet its obligations. But NO business big nor small should presumably CHEAT its way out of an obligation. Hoping it has cleaned-up its act now with the passage of time. But BEWARE!!

Benjamin was professional, courteous, and had a strong sense of customer service. He was a Technician, as well as a Partner. He answered questions and even rough sketched on paper the stages of the work to be performed - explaining what, why, and addressing all questions that arose. (including soliciting questions). He also advised on how to properly maintain ones AC system. Videos and Photos at the end of the project was an added plus. (before and after captions). Pricing is about average and reasonable for what the market charges.

Highly recommended.

Despite a very busy season, Benjamin schedule our appointment very soon after our first call. He was professional and articulated our issues in a way that helped me understand and make an informed decision based on our options. We had originally scheduled a time for another day for them to come back and install some of the replacement parts we needed. However, shortly after he left our home he learned that the part we needed was in the warehouse and they called back immediately to reschedule in order to come right back rather than make me wait the extra days. I felt like that was very courteous of the customer and my needs. The install gentleman were also professional and kind and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company (Green Air Home Services )and its affiliate that did the install.

Ben did a great job identifying and fixing a duct issue we had that was caused by a previous homeowner. He explained the issues clearly and was quick in fixing the issue. Very pleased with his work and the price.

I can give a 100% recommendation about this company. The work was completed quickly, cleanly, without deception. They really showed me everything that was inside and gave me recommendations. The owner Benjamin is a wonderful guy, honest and responsible. I was very pleased, grateful and glad that I found such a wonderful company. I recommend!

Benjamin is the real deal! I’ve never experienced such genuine and straightforward communication from a service vendor. He came out to check my 2nd story AC evaporator, as it was showing signs of mold/mildew. He gave me what I know was a honest assessment and the best solution. BUT wait!! This is why he’s the real deal!! I asked him to check/clean my dryer vent and what he discovered could very well have saved my life. My dryer vent had a copper pipe running up through it, and filled with years of lint and God only knows what else. Ben recorded a video for me since the opening was on the roof. Yuck! I’ve only been in the house for almost 3yrs. Apparently, the previous owners had subpar contractors doing work. I had another company come out and clean my dryer vent a year ago. Clearly, it was not done but I was charged. I’m so happy I called Clean & Green Air Duct Cleaning. This is a real review and I’m grateful to know that people like Benjamin still exist! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Beware of scammers and always get a second opinion. I needed my washer vent cleaned and decided to do an air duct maintenance as well. I spoke to Benjamin over the phone and he informed me it would be $99 for air vent and $129 for air ducts. When he came he went into the attic and said he couldn’t do any of the cleaning because of how the builders had taped over the join and there was damage to the ducts and mold was all over the place, which shouldn’t be as this should have lasted at least 30yrs and it would be $1,150 for the service. The house is 4yrs old and said my options were to contact builder or use my insurance. I informed him my warranty was for a year and it would have to be a lawsuit against the builder and I would have to contact insurance for the repairs if it was going to cost that much. I was surprised because I thought the builders had done a good job with high standards on the house and just be I contacted them I called a realtor friend who said it sounded like I was getting fleeced, so I contacted another air vent cleaning service for a second opinion on dryer vent because I really needed that cleaned because of the GE dryer that was malfunctioning with intention to give Ben the job if he confirmed the same thing. So you can imagine my shock when he came and I was let me move my car so you can access the attic and he was that wasn’t necessary and the cleaning would be done from the roof! Benjamin never even went on the roof! So $99 dollars later the second company is telling me it’s one of the cleanest ducts he’s ever seen and the pressure was great and the fault was the GE appliance!
Secondly after the Benjamin diagnosis he said the call out was $39 but I was never informed about this when I contacted him for service so this was news to me but he said that could be waived if I left a review, so here it is.

I was lucky that I trusted my instincts and conferred with someone else and got a professional second opinion so I was able to avoid a lawsuit and running up my insurance premium. So make sure to do that if something doesn’t feel right or you go spending a lot of money. Also Ben, please inform your clients over the phone before you come out of the $39 call out fee with review waiver so they’re aware

Ben came out and was extremely honest, professional, and educational in what he saw in our home. He walked through all options we had to clean, repair, and maintenance our houses 2 A/C systems.

I cannot thank him enough and recommend him enough to anyone out there. I'm sure the whole company is great, but I dealt with Ben and would heavily advise anyone to ask for him.

Benjamin was absolutely a joy to work with. He was honest and did the work at a reasonable price. He was detailed and made sure I was aware of everything going on each step of the way. I definitely felt I could trust that he was being ethical. He also made other recommendations that were outside of his scope so I could get them taken care of before they became a problem for me. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to family/friends.
