I recently hired AIR 32 to service my air conditioner unit, and I’m really happy with their work! Even though they are a new company, their technicians are clearly very experienced. They knew exactly what they were doing and quickly fixed the problem with my AC. They also explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and as a plus, they speak Spanish which made it way easier to me to understand some concepts.

I contacted Air-32 while searching for Air Conditioner companies to fix my broken AC unit. Alejandro Parra came to home and quickly assessed my AC system failure. He sat down with me and discussed the options available for a new AC system. He never pressured me or spoke in vague terms to get me to make a decision. AMAZING SERVICE!! Simply outstanding. My sister works in the industry (supplier end) and has many contractors to choose from if needed but Felipe and Air 32 was the only one she insisted upon. I completely see why. My tech showed up when promised, I was given a realistic work time approximation, and days later... a follow up PHONE CALL!!! Never was I upsold, put on a back burner (IYKYK) or "half explained" the details of the process from assessment to completion. My only regret is wasting years with my previous A/C repair service provider that for years, with whom I felt I was at his mercy and good graces. Stop reading reviews and call Air32. You won't regret it.
