I called for repair of my refrigerator. No ice or water was made in the ice maker.
After reading the owner manual and telling me everything was checked , the repair man said because of a chip in one of the door drawers, humidity was getting in and not closing properly.There was a reservoir in the lower back side of the refrigerator that was frozen. No alarm had sounded for the door being open. This made no sense!
They left saying they would order a new drawer and a new filter. Meanwhile the freezer stopped working, still no water or ice
Twelve days later, Jorden’s called wanting payment for the filter and the drawer. I already paid a trip charge and they did nothing about the ice in the refrigerator. $96.00. The conversation started with ,I need the money for the order for fixing you refrigerator. I said you didn’t fix it!!!!!!!
I have called another company who can and immediately checked the temp in both the refrigerator and the freezer (probably a good thing to do) and defrosted both freezer and fridge and put it all back together.

Great service! Ha Nguyen and his team were super helpful in helping me find the parts I need for a person who doesn’t know much about HVAC repair and they are open to the public.

Woke up to no ac and luckily they were able to send out a technician within the hr. Mr Hector found the leak and got my ac going. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a service person. Jerry was the technician. He asked if my refrigerator had leaked water on the floor, I said no. He grunted, well, not that you know of. What? I explained that i had moved the refrigerator from the wall and cleaned the coils so I would know if there were water on the floor. He actually said, not necessarily. Again, what? He then went on to say that the refrigerator motherboard was going to need to be replaced but, of course, he would not have that on him, so for today I would be charged for his time and for a service call. What a deal! I told him that I had had it fixed previously and that it had been a clogged line. He cut me off midway, responding that he was going to use a temperature probe to ensure there was a temperature problem, but he knew I should just replace the motherboard. Again, incredibly rude, dismissive. I immediately called Jorden's to speak with the owner and was told he was out of town until the end of the week...Just an overall awful experience.

Great same day service. Informative and polite very professional. Had a weekend emergency and they came to the rescue.

I have always enjoyed having Jorden’s experienced technicians check on my AC/Heater and occasionally Appliances. Any problems that arise, they have a solution and often mold to my needs. I recommend them.

Very professional, responsive and attentive. Went through three repair companies for an issue on a relatively new house and HVAC system until Jorden's completely addressed and fixed the problem. Patiently talked through problem history, developed thesis of potential issues and offered thought out solutions with cost estimate of each. After completing agreed to scope of work they came back next day to test system only to find other complications and immediately proceeded to change out additional parts and provide labor for the balance of the day at no additional charge (from the originally quoted job). Bravo!!

I was referred there to buy a capacitor and that didn't fix my problem. H A was very knowledgeable and helpful in my DIY efforts and when the unit still would not start he scheduled a service call, then showed up 2 hours early. He found out that 3 years ago I had installed a thermostat and had reversed the 1st and 2nd stage wires. Service call was $89 and now I am running and much more efficient. He won himself a customer today.

I was impressed by the crew who installed the system, the office staff and the gentleman who came back to teach me how to use the system. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Spoke with Ha Nguyen about my recurring compressor failures and he sent a tech over right away. There were several major issues with the old unit so I had several companies come by & quote me prices for a complete A/C replacement. Jorden's was the best deal for the money and of all the different companies I talked to, I trusted them the most.

I gave Ha the green light and he had a 3 man crew out the very next day. Those guys worked non-stop from early morning until sunset with just one break for lunch. They replaced the outdoor unit, the indoor A/C unit, and the furnace. Ran new copper wire out to the unit and removed / replaced some of the duct work.

My attic was cramped & difficult to access. When Jorden's crew was finished, the attic was cleaned out and the area in front of the furnace and A/C unit was much easier to access.

All of the workers were friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was spotless when they left. The new 4 ton Trane unit runs like a champ.

Would definitely do business with Ha again. Jorden's earned my highest possible recommendation. I signed on to their customer loyalty program where they check my entire system twice a year.

Do yourself a favor and hire Jorden's for any A/C issues. Get several quotes and see for yourself. They are a solid, honest company that will treat you right.

It is a reasonable cost to maintain your HVAC system. The company quickly sent a technician back to fix my AC, which stopped working after maintenance.

Stellar group of people! My Father began using Jorden's in 1976 when we moved to Houston, and I have continued to call on them to this day. Without a doubt, the best in Houston! AJ and the entire crew are responsive, professional, and if you have a critical need, like I did today, they sent Van in the van. Van is a wonderful technician. I've referred them to many friends and co-workers and will continue to do so forever!

I have been using Jorden's for 40 years. I have high respect for H.A. owner. He is always on time, very respectful and professional when checking out my air conditioner or heating systems. I have had new duct work performed by them and replacement of my central air unit and heater system. They do a great job of installing and cleaning up after their work. They always stick to their price quotes because they take pictures of any questionable equipment and discuss the prices before doing any work without your approval.
