Had a window of 2pm to 6pm. Got a call from office previous job was taking longer but would be there by 6:30. Received a call at 6:15 from tech then an email from office tech was on his way. Matt apologized for being late and proceeded to check out my issues. Matt was very thorough in checking out the system in the attic along with compressor outside. After a few different troubleshootings found the problem and an hour and a half later we had AC. Very happy with service and tech highly recommend

The Morgan Pro Services team did an outstanding job of installing my AC system. It is a more complex system that I've used in the past and when I moved in I didn't understand how a few things worked. Tristan came out and walked through the entire system with me. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in explaining some of the more complex topics. He also setup my warranty with the vendor so all the paperwork was done in a timely manner. I'll be using these guys again in the future for some of the other services they offer.

I have used Morgan Pro Services over the past 5 years and every time I have always been pleased with their professionalism, quality of service, friendliness of the employees and for being punctual. Today I had an issue with my thermostat and Ivan was the technician. He explained everything clearly and offered the appropriate solution. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Morgan Pro Services saved us this week! I’m so grateful for them, another company no showed & when I contacted Morgan Pro Services that evening, they were here the next morning first thing! They had our new system installed by 2pm that day! Their prices were great, their staff both in the office and the techs were professional. I highly recommend them!!!

Have used Morgan Pro Services for over a decade. Great A/C-Furnace technicians. Can trust the service they perform and what they say needs to be done. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Was scheduled for a Spring AC checkup, plus the installation of a Soft Start for the compressor. Service Technician was prompt for the appointment, knowledgeable about the soft start, and got right to work on the installation. Soft Start installed, he demonstrated the reduced startup amps drawn by the compressor, as well as the reduced noise generation. He advised me to reschedule the Spring Checkup, as the extremely cold temps would make some of the system pressure check readings unreliable.

One of the reasons I keep coming back to Morgan Pro is the integrity of the Techs they send out. He could have gone through the motions, given me a report and taken payment and I’d have been none the wiser.

Paul finished up remodeling my bedroom on Thursday. I am so happy with it. Paul was so professional and I appreciate the great customer service from Paul and all of the folks I've worked with at Morgan Pro Services. This is the service customers expect. I've used them now for A/C service, remodeling and I plan to use the plumbing services soon for some work in my kitchen.

My heater wasn't working during the cold spell last week. I called Morgan Services from a neighbor recommendation. They came at the promised time (not late) and sent the best service tech I have ever had in my house (Diego C.) He was very polite and actually drove an hour to get the part to fix the heater. It was a Friday and he did not want me without heat for the weekend. They are now my new service technicians!

Morgan Pro Services installed our AC system and we signed on for the service agreement and couldn’t be happier! They take such good care of us and when we have any issue they send someone the same day! Trey Morgan is a very professional owner who cares about his clients. Ivan has been our technician and he is so thorough and courteous. He is such a hard worker and always takes time to explain everything he has done. They go above and beyond for their customers! Everyone that I have worked with at Morgan Air Services has been fantastic! Trey Morgan, Steve Lyon, and Ivan Hall have been absolutely first class! Ivan Hall most recently installed a REME Halo LED air purification system and was incredible to work with. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the installation process. Morgan Air solved a persistent issue that other contractors continued to miss. They have surpassed our expectations in everything they do. I highly recommend them.

This company has made mistake after mistake, installing things improperly multiple times, not installing components that were paid for and left in the attic.... not following thru on service plan services. Run, do not walk from this firm. I just had to pay a ton of money to fix their errors.

I recently had the pleasure of using Morgan Air Services, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all my expectations! From the very beginning, the scheduling process was seamless and incredibly organized. Very pleased with Morgan Pro Services. They came out a few hours after I called for them to fix problem with water in my AC pan. They text me when they were on their way & sent a picture of the technician. He was very nice, fixed the pipe that was leaking and the price was reasonable. PS: we had them replace our AC a few years ago & it’s been working great. They are professional, knowledgeable & provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Morgan Pro are super friendly with great reviews, and that's why we chose them. But Morgan Pro botched our install, costing us tens of thousands $$$$$. They came to the house over 20 times to try to fix what they'd done, and then they refused to give us a functioning system. With our actual house being wrecked by their install, we were forced to rip it all out the following year, and replace it with a new system. We could no longer trust Morgan Pro to get basic things right, like working out the correct tonnage for the house and providing quality control over the install: according to our subsequent installer, Morgan Pro got all this *completely* wrong! Of course, they refused to take responsibility like any honourable people would, they blamed their supplier and our house instead. They have NO shame. They know everything we’ve said is true. They can't explain why the next guy got everything right, for half their price. We bitterly regret choosing Morgan Pro. We are shocked and wish we'd known Morgan Pro had it in them to act like this. That's why we've left this honest review. Wishing all homeowners well in their HVAC installs, whomever you choose!

We have been very satisfied customers for 6 years. Morgan’s technicians are always efficient and professional. One aspect that I appreciate in the notification from the company that the technician is on the way is they send a profile of who’s coming to our home and includes a photo. They have always found the most cost efficient approach to address any issues we may be having. The Leger family highly recommends Morgan Pro services for not only your AC and heating needs but their electrical service and home repair as well. We have utilized all thee.

Morgan Pro’s incompetence cost us $23K+ for a system we had to rip out 18 months later (PHOTOS below). Anyone interested high-efficiency HVAC technology should read our story before choosing to work with them.

We trusted Morgan Pro to 1) assess our 1500 sqft home for the most energy-efficient HVAC system it could accommodate and 2) install it correctly. They failed to do either. Their $3K Manual J assessment said we needed a 5-ton HVAC system. It took Morgan Pro 9 months and over 30 visits to install a high-efficiency system and to get it functional—two inverters outside (they accidentally blew up the first one), and 6 mini splits through our home in all the ceilings. During that time, they caused unnecessary damage: cutting extra joists, drawing on antique trim, and they compensated us for that. Their HVAC system initially passed city inspection, but it never worked 100%. As Morgan Pro kept trying to fix it, we had to agree to things they had promised to avoid—wall thermostats everywhere, humidity and noise levels that were too high, and on and on. When water started pouring from our new ceilings in the middle of summer in Houston, it was clear to everyone that the system was simply wrong for our house. But instead of taking responsibility for their failure, Morgan Pro blamed the two things we had hired them to get right: our house, and the system.

Their next move was to conduct a test on our home, claiming it now needed 8 tons of HVAC (!), not 5, and that we pay a further $14K to get it up to 8 tons. Knowing it was just laughable that our 1500 sqft house was an 8-ton home, our next step would be a legal dispute to make them give us a correctly sized and functional system for the money they had already taken from us, with consequent delays to a remedy. Shocked and exhausted, we decided that delay was worse than severing ties with a business we could never trust again anyway. Morgan Pro ended up waiving money we still owed them so they could crawl away from their own install guarantee, and we were relieved to see them go. We then removed the entire system and installed a conventional one—4 tons, HALF what Morgan Pro reckoned. This system has worked perfectly from the start, costs much less to run, is much quieter, and is a great fit for the structure of our renovated historical home.

Our new HVAC technician extracted the system, and he has installed the same units many times before. He pointed out all the mistakes he saw in Morgan Pro's installation, and said the technology was also just not suited to our house. Morgan Pro’s supplier and factory rep (who they depended on almost exclusively) were also at fault and we are making formal reports to their respective professional boards and the manufacturer as well. All of them failed us abysmally, but none more than Morgan Pro: they failed to do right by our home and us, when that was their *only* job for which we paid many thousands in good faith while we supported their efforts in our home for months with remarkable patience and kindness: everlasting shame on them.

We have written this review so that other Houston customers can be well informed. We would hate for the same experience to happen to anyone else because we had remained silent about their appalling record with us.

One star is for their fantastic office staff and their young tech Ricky, who always worked as hard as he could to do his best, though he was way out of his depth on these units.

They installed two new units in our home a few years back. And, been servicing since. Always great customer service. Two new units were several thousands, obviously, bit was very competitive. And, their service fees are less than others I have priced.

The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the new AC system installed faster than I expected. Not only was the service top-notch, but their pricing was also very fair compared to other quotes I received.
