Summer is always the worst time for A/Cs. Mine was struggling to run and ended up going out. Jimmy came over within the hour and was able to fix me right up! Great service and great pricing for the quality provided!

Normally I get terrible service and communication dealing with AC services but Gilbert’s is completely different. Great communication, fast pace and fantastic work done. Jimmy is a sensational guy. OMG I literally just had a beautiful brand new AC UNIT by Friedrich a subsidiary of RHEEM installed just now. I had 6 quotes including Gilbert’s Mr Tod Oaks was honest professional and got me my dream unit for the best price and really helped me with special financing
This company is absolutely the best I do not recommend anyone else
That includes the major companies that were less than honest with me such as john moore Costco Lowe’s chill brothers

My summer is already off to a rough start bc the A/C in my car broke down a couple months ago… when I saw my HVAC unit broke down too, I thought it would be the end of me this summer. Thankfully, that’s when my friend recommended Jimmy as a solution to my HVAC issues.

Not usually one to write a Google Review for HVAC but service really was exceptional and wanted to highlight it. Had a very good experience with Jimmie- showed up right when scheduled, was very friendly, even helped me find my cat when it escaped when I went to let him out the back, which took nearly 20 minutes. Really went above and beyond, and none of the stupid upselling and random BS that always drives me insane about HVAc techs. Anyway, AC was working great again in less than an hour, and really saved my bacon since I WFH. High recommend, and will be using them going forward.

David and his crew went over and beyond to help my daughter and I get out of the heat. My whole unit went out. David and his team did a awesome job installing my new unit. Now it's blowing icey cold. I contacted Gilbert's Air Specialists following a search to locate a replacement of a significant part for one of our air conditioners. I spoke with Stephen, who was extremely cooperative. What impressed me most was that Stephen researched the need I had to find the exact and appropriate parts to facilitate the repair needed for my air conditioning problem. Moreover, Stephen worked diligently to provide service, parts and an acceptable and resonable price for everything. He did so and more. Installation was completed at a rapid pace within two days. The installers were courteous and competent.

We highly recommend Gilbert's Air Specialists and should we encounter any further air conditioning problems, Gilbert's Air Specialists will be my first call.

With the heatwave recently my AC has been on its last leg and finally went out last week . I called a competitor first and they showed up and for show reason couldn’t fix the AC but still made me pay for the them to come out .. 😡 I eventually made the call to Gilbert’s and Jimmy told me not to worry and came out same day I called and resolved the issue in about an hour . House is back to an ice box and I can finally beat the summer heat again. Thanks Gilbert’s and Jimmy for the great work!!

Installed wrong unit. Replaced unit had a defect so had to reinstall a second time. Second unit had a defect and had to reinstall a third time. Damaged my security system in the process. Elizabeth, in customer service was very unempathetic and seemed annoyed with me even though I had every right be. One of the owners, Steve talked a good one. He was to contact me after the final install to check in and promised to do something given all the inconvenience but he never did. I'm stuck with this compmay throughout the duration of my warranty and am torn in terms of how I will be treated after this review, but felt it necessary to share my experience. Trust me, this is the short version. Proceed with caution.

I highly recommend Gilbert’s air specialist and here’s why. Our entire A/C system was 26 years old, and of course, during the coldest part of the year, it decided to give out on us. I found Gilbert’s Air specialists on Google’s top recommended and decided to give them a call. I was greeted over the phone with the friendliest customer support member ever, Elizabeth. They were able to get me an appointment for that same day, and my family and I were lucky enough to get David. I was so impressed with how detailed he was inspecting the house and explaining the different packages we were being offered. The installation went well, and we are grateful that David and his crew were able to get it done the day they told us it would be done. If you ever need an a/c work, I highly recommend Gilbert’s air specialist for their top notch quality, service, and dedication.

This is an excellent company that fully backs the systems they sell as well as their service. The employees I have interfaced with are excellent. I have purchased two complete systems from them over the years. I am always very impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to educate their customers on the systems offered to empower the customer purchase decisions. So refreshing to find a company who values its customer’s satisfaction.

Austin was my service tech. I had a great experience with Gilbert Air Specialists. He was very professional, arrived on time and addressed all my issues/concerns.

My home is coming up on 30 years old and I have been through 2 different AC companies that couldn't diagnose the problem for me. I live in Pearland so my house is constantly sitting at around 85-87 degrees daily with no air conditioning. I called Gilbert's expecting another failed process but my experience with them so far has been nothing but stellar. One of their specialists, Jimmy, came out to my home and was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the system back up and running in no time. The whole process was smooth and stress free and he even gave me a home remedy to diagnose and fix the problem if it persists later on. So far, no troubles and it has been a while since our visit. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.

If you need any work done I suggest requesting for Jimmy, or even demand him. He provided an absolutely outstanding service for me. He was knowledgeable, updated me on what was being done, why it was being done, and how it would help. By far the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company.
