They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, and my system is running better than ever. I really appreciated their attention to detail and respectful attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service!

Have used Gilbert’s to install new systems at 2 different homes. They’ve been excellent when scheduling annual services for the upkeep of the systems. Recently had the capacitor go out on the current unit, and they were able to send a tech out same day for the repair. Elizabeth & Stephen have been a reliable team for any issues that arise. Used Gilbert's to install two new HVAC systems in 2025 to replace the old units. I had great service, very competitive rates, and very fast responses. So far pretty good experience with them.
Edit after 1.5 months: Since installing both units, I had to invite the repairmen in every 2 weeks for either replacing a capacitor or fixing a loose wiring. They respond really fast that is good, but I think the original installation jobs were done poorly, so now I am removing one star. I'll revise my review if the ACs keep failing,

Well I have to say we weren’t pressured on buying from this company. The cleanness from the installation crew and despite the bad weather then no electricity was outstanding. They answered all questions we had. The helped us get approved. When everyone else didn’t try as hard as they did. I’d recommend them any day. Love Love Love it . Thanks A million .

I called Gilbert's Air Specialist due to my AC not cooling the house. The upstairs thermostat was reading 88 and the downstairs 85. Elizabeth quickly returned my call and was very pleasant and stated we can have someone out to assess your situation this evening. True to her word David was at our home within a couple hours. He called prior to coming and gave me an estimated arrival time. Upon his arrival he was very professional and pleasant. He assessed the situation, explained to me in detail about the problem and offered several options including pricing on fixing the problem. What I really liked was there was no pressure on the decision I made. David's priority was providing immediate relief for hubby and I. Within an half hour of David leaving we had relief from the heat. I HIGHLY recommend Gilbert's Air Specialist for your AC needs. If you're lucky David will be your representative. I appreciate him going above and beyond and answering all my questions.

UPDATE:1/6: Stephen called to apologize for our experience and said our price should have been adjusted. He refunded us half. We appreciate the assistance and will consider using them again.

1/5: The first time we had someone out to our house to look at installing a vent hood over our stove was December 22. We had already purchased the vent hood. We just needed a technician to install it. We were told additional carpentry work would be required and someone would call us to schedule that along with the estimate. Two weeks later, no one had called us. I reached out to the company and scheduled their carpenter contractor to come out to our house. He was supposed to be here January 4th, and he never called or showed up. I called the company. What is incredibly frustrating is you never actually get to talk to a person who works for the company. You almost always get an answering service and then you have to wait for a call back. An hour later we were told he had an issue with his truck. Today the carpenter showed up. The work they did on installing our vent hood was great. We had some confusion over the total amount of the job since it was unclear if the $300 fee for removing the old vent was included as part of the $1500 installation fee. Apparently it was not. I was told by Elizabeth she would check on it and call me back and she didn’t. We spent as much on the install as we did on the vent hood so I really feel like the installation was way overpriced. I had someone else call me to charge my card after the work was completed. Clearly this company has a great deal of needed improvement for communications. I got so frustrated at one point we almost called the whole entire thing off. I probably would go with a more organized company that is better at communications next time.

When in doubt, you may lose faith. I can assure your A/C & HVAC needs are going to be handled by professionals at Gilbert’s Air.

After many consultants and specialist reviewed my situation. I was able to find comfort in Stephen Moore and his team accompanied by Elizabeth whose customer service is exceptional.

Joey has 20+ years experience, Juan completes a solid team of hard working individuals who know what is important. Fixing my issue replacing my A/C unit with consideration for my budget and care for my families home.

I had a very positive experience working with Ozzie and Stephen from Gilbert’s Air Specialists. Ozzie quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC and was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions.

Ozzie and the rest of his installation team were very good to work with and were great working in some difficult spots (2 story townhouse roof and very cramped attic).

Stephen was able to work with me to provide an appropriate quote that met my needs without pushing me for anything extra. He was very straight forward and easy to work with to come up with the best solution.

I now have nice cold AC again only a day after it went out. I really appreciated how efficient they were with the whole process and the install looks great. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone I know that needs AC repairs and will be calling them for anything I need in the future.

After having my condenser unit at my home fail during Hurricane Beryl and being without AC for 2 weeks. I was finally able to fund the replacement of the Condenser unit. Spoke with Elizabeth explained my situation and she had Stephen promptly call me before noon. I wanted a price on a Carrier 5 ton 15 seer unit with coil. Gilbert's Air Specialist had actually installed an American Standard unit 10 years prior for my father. Stephen actually called back within about 40 minutes. I was ready to buy and the offer I received was better than the offers I had prior. Not to mention I was waiting on callbacks from other local companies in my area. Gilbert's Air Specialist was the only company who promptly called back. That tells me they wanted my business. Sometimes you just know a good deal and I said let's do it. It had to be done regardless. Stephen had technicians at my home by 2:30 pm and they were done by 6:30 pm. The technicians who worked on the AC they were great. I can't think of anything but good things to say about my experience. They were total professionals. Overall this is one of the best experiences I've had. I recommend anyone who's looking for good quality service to give Gilbert's Air Specialist the opportunity to earn their business. They more than earned mine. Filled out information on ad from Internet . Was contacted next day by sales person Steven from Gilbert A/C specialist was given a quote, came out the next day and put in my new system. The technicians were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. My new A/C system was professionally installed. I would fully recommend Gilbert A/C specialist for any of my air-conditioning needs.

Air Experts came out super quick, like, the very next day even though it was pouring rain. With two toddlers and a dog, my air ducts were a disaster, you know? The other places missed stuff, I could still smell dog after they left, but not Air Experts. They did such a thorough air duct cleaning job. They got all the junk out, and now the air in my house feels so much cleaner. It's really making a difference with my kids' allergies.
