The owner personally came to assess our situation less than 24 hours after my initial call. They were able to schedule us in very quickly (the weather cooperated with cooler temps, so installation was scheduled for Friday after the Tuesday initial visit). The installation crew was professional, clean, and had our new system installed (attic and outside units) in about 4 hours. The financing option was quick and easy to do and made it possible for us to purchase a high quality system. We highly recommend this company!

My AC went down on a Friday, called Hage Energy and as usual they responded right away and by the next day I had a new Trane unit installed. Hector and his crew did an amazing job with their cleanliness, professionalism and great attitude! Mr Hadi is very professional, very knowledgeable and honest. He did an assessment of my home and was able to determine what was the issue with my home staying warm in the summer months. That same evening he sent a detailed estimate with different options on how to address and correct my problem. After agreeing on a course of action Mr Hadi was able to schedule one of his work crews for the next business day. Hector and his two men team were great. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very cautions with the interior of our home and very polite. They covered our carpet so it would not get dirty and left everything spotless when finished. Their work was very neat and beyond my expectations. I really recommend Hage Energy 100%.

If you are tired of companies sending out a Generic Salesperson who gets his appearance fee by the AC company charging1-2 hundred dollars; then attempts to pressure sale a system for upwards of 180%; then talk to Stephen. I got an extremely fair price on 3-three ton Trane units without all the game playing. I did the research and decided on the XV18. Several good choices are available based upon your budget. My previous units last for 33 years. The install was extremely professional. I had used the same AC man for 45 years. He has retired, so I was looking for a company that I would be with for another eternity. Fantastic service. You need not look any further. Highly recommended. The technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional and knowledgable. We basically had an issue where one of the furnace pipes had disconnected...potentially a big issue! However, Javier came by and explained the issue, solution and walked me through exactly what he did to fix the issue. He didn't use any tape or cheap materials to get the job done. Ozzy was phenomenal and very quick to diagnose my issue. He was able to save me a bunch of money by addressing the specific fuse on my control board instead of exchanging the entire system. Very professional and does quick work. The highest compliment I can pay Gilbert’s Air Specialist is that they give small windows for the service techs to show up. I was given a 2 hour window and Ozzy was right on time. If you ever need HVAC services give these guys a try.

Got power back Friday morning. After a few hours I noticed only half of house was cooling. My newer unit from Gilbert was not running. I reset breakers and waited 30 minutes before calling.

I called Gilbert's and they got me scheduled right away. Tech (Burt) called me on his way to my house. About 5 minutes later my unit started working and I called Burt back to let him know.

No issue and Burt diverted to his next service call.

Among the six AC companies we consulted for a diagnosis and quote on replacing two condensers and an air handler at our commercial office building, these guys were the most efficient. They managed to line up the job in a few hours, a task that other companies estimated would take a couple of weeks. Their pricing is also very fair; considering the quick turnaround time and the hurdles they overcame, they offer tremendous value.

As this was an emergency, they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged us more to get the job done in a day. However, their bid was the same as the companies giving a couple of weeks lead time.

They provided excellent quality work and left our building in better shape than they found it.

I have a complex high-end Lennox system. When the thermostat on the upstairs unit failed a couple of years ago, I struggled to find a company that could service it and when I did they were expensive and still had problems installing a new one. So when the downstairs thermostat failed recently, I figured to have trouble again. Glad I found Gilbert's Air. Burt was very professional. Not only did he do a detailed and thorough analysis of the problem, he was upfront with me about the technical challenge my system presented, and kept me updated on his progress. He takes pride in his work - I felt he was giving me the same attention he would have given to his own home. He made sure the new thermostat was installed correctly and also found another part that had been damaged by the power surge that took out the thermostat, and replaced it too. Because of the previous outage, I knew what the thermostat cost. Gilbert's charged a fair price, and replaced both pieces for less than what I paid for the first thermostat 2 years ago. I liked the fact that they invoiced me instead of demanding payment on the spot. Online payment was simple and fast.

We bought our unit 2 years ago. Multiple phone calls and emails. They have sent several people out who say they will work on the problem and then they never show back up. They also promised an attic tent on installation and 2 years later it has not been brought and installed. I emailed again last Friday to find out answers with no response as of today. Horrible communication. I have 2 more phone calls today to them and still no call back.

Moved into a new home and my a/c went out shortly after. Tod was quick to respond and come out to give quote. Pricing was very fair. Tod was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Install was quick and they were very helpful with me learning the new Trane system

Long Term Review

Had my 30+ year old system replaced in 2020. I primarily spoke to Steven and Lee about having my system replaced. It was a difficult job because the inside unit was a very tight space. Their team went through the work to remove the drywall and install thinner drywall to make it fit. Then they replaced the outside unit.

After 1 year it was having issues draining which resulted in a small leak. They came by and fixed the issue. It has been about 3 years since then and the system has worked perfectly in the Texas heat. I'm happy to say I went with them over other companies.

They gave me a competitive price compared to other companies and treated me with respect and curtesy. Another thing I can say is they will work tirelessly to fix any issue. A+ service from them and their team.
