They are super easy to get ahold of, same day schedule and diagnostic and a fully replaced furnace for my rental home the next day even had great financing options that was much needed at the time. Tenant and client are very impressed by their service and honesty. Would highly recommend Ronald and Diego.

The Cool Techies technician arrived to the appointment at my house on time. He was very cortious and very well prepared to provide the service to my A/C units He provided details on his inspection process and results, unit measurements and performance, details of any potential concerns. Provided a quote for some upgrade options. Very happy with the service.

Cool Techies were great to work with, from the initial visit to troubleshoot my old AC, to the installation of the new system.
My previous AC was over 22 years old and leaking refrigerant. Alejandro Guerra with Cool Techies explained my options, from trying to fill up the old unit and troubleshoot, to replacing for a new one.
When I decided to go for a new unit they gave me offered me several alternatives and highlighted the pros & cons of each one.

Gustavo came to help us evaluate an AC/heating unit, He was on time, he was very thorough in his evaluation and he explained us all the issues he found. He went above and beyond to make sure the AC/heating system is adequate for our home. His estimate for replacing the furnace unit was fairly priced. The office staff are phenomenal! The techs arrived on time for my annual spring AC tune up. Alex explained his plan for servicing my AC units. When the weather prevented him from doing the outside portion of the work in a timely fashion, he came to me with his plan for doing the work once the weather cleared. He and his teammate were courteous, professional and cleaned up their work areas well. I have been using Cool Techies since August 2019, and will keep working with them. Excellent service!!
