Horrible customers service, employees sound like they hate their job. They told me they dont stock a part before even finishing the process of actually checking for part. Then they put me on hold for 15 mins probably because I told them another location told me there was 1 of the specific part at every location the day before. Sheppard location got me what I needed in less than 5 mins and no need to put me on hold.

There's an old man who's very grumpy and rude, my company has been doing business with JS for as long as I have been here but I'm a fairly new guy with the company and I felt he came at me aggressively and will have a talk with his superiors , JS is know for great customer service and satisfaction but there was none today

Just finished speaking with Chris C. At the West Park location. I would like to share the very good customer service I received. Chris took the time to answer ALL my question, actually look up all the products I was inquiring about to let me know if they were in stock. I know that Saturday's are a busy day but Chris made me feel like I was the only customer not that if I didn't answer a question asked quick enough put me on hold. I appreciate your kindness and patience.

OK let me tell you right now Andrew is the guy you need to talk he knows what you need and will get it when you need it. This man and his amazing beard was a life saver and is the only guy I talk to at this location. He is knowledgeable and amazing personality will make you always come back. I have had a lot of bad experiences but this place is truly a Slice of heaven. I will be back to buy parts and to gaze my eyes upon his amazing beard.

Great location! Been dealing with Dean for many years now. He definitely knows the biz! I suck with names, but the other guys are always cordial and helpful. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

I would give this location 10 stars if I could. The customer service is phenomenal and the staff go above and beyond every time. Johnstone supply is where I go for all of my HVAC needs because they are reliable, but I will be making the further drive to this location solely because of the staff. Andrew was very accommodating. It’s one thing to be able to trust a business to meet my HVAC needs- with that alone they would have my business, but it’s another to see staff who clearly enjoy their line of work. I will recommend Johnstone Supply to my business partners. Thank you for being great.

Punbar’s Cool Techies has consistently delivered exceptional service. Despite the age of both my AC and Heating Trane units (over 20 years), they’ve kept them running optimally. I highly recommend them and appreciate the hard work of Mariana, Leo, Alex, Gustavo, and Harley.

Gustavo and Alex came to install my new smart thermostats. Very friendly and patient techs. My system was a little complext with a module panels that had to be bypassed and the whole AC wiring system to be rewired including my dehimudifier. The took care of both units and were very patient to answer all my questions. I have had a few experiences with this team and I highly recommend them. Very professional people. Thank you!

Gustavo Chirinos and his assistant did an excellent job taking care of my A/C problem. Gustavo was friendly, knowledgable & efficient. He took time to make sure I understood the issues at hand and the solution(s) provided and available to me. A great experience overall. I am totally satisfied by the service provided by Gustavo.

Gustavo did a great job coming over and looking at the entire ac unit upstairs and downstairs and doing the diagnostics and providing me with a solution to the issue with different price point. I felt that he was fair and honest with his professional opinion on my upper unit requiring a replacement of the coil due to a leak, maintenance, and recommendation for a ventilation install in the roof/attic area due to poor airflow. Will definitely consider the service after I review the options provided to me.

Excellent service, as always. I won’t use anyone else. Their owner is a professional engineer and he hires top-end technicians. There are too many amateurs that can mess up your HVAC system in the HVAC business . These guys are smart, timely, and reliable.

Gustavo Chirinos & Alex did an excellent job troubleshooting my system & when we determined there was a failure, they helped guide my to the best system for my home. Installation was smooth and we did a quality check before their departure. Been working with these guys since they were Punbar & without a doubt I’d recommend them.

Having to change your AC unit is never good news, but we appreciated them taking the time to explain all the options we had and helping us chose the right option for the long term and not a quick fix that would be more expensive in the long run. Moreover, the work was done quickly and clean. We recommend them and Punbar 100%.
