Personas irresponsables, NO profesionales, estafadores, fecha de instalación enero de 2021 por un mal trabajo de instalación nos dejaron un orificio en uno de los conductos del aire por lo cual hay fuga por 2 ocasiones ha habido rotura y hemos estado una semana en cada ocasión sin el servicio, teníamos comunicación con Sandra hasta que dejó de contestar supongo que al reconocer el número de teléfono nos pasó directo con Pedro todo parecía que se iría a resolver pero no fue así, la resolución de esta persona fue que pagáramos $1500 hasta el día de hoy 08/17/2024, esperamos hasta ahora apelando a la conciencia pero no….

Nada profesionales, puse el aire en Junio y les hablé porque no estaba enfriando. Nadie me contestaba hable con Sandra y nada. Hable con el dueño y nada, finalmente vinieron. En Octubre hable, Noviembre hable y a principios de Diciembre he hablado 2 veces con Sandra y nadamas dice que alguien va a venir y va a hablar. Según te dan garantía de 10 años y nunca responden después que lo instalan. Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas

No contraten esta compañía cuando les llamas para arreglar algo te sale con puros cuantos o te manda el número de otros técnicos

I wrote a review a few months back and just wanted to update. After taking our issues to court against this company and it's owner Pedro, our case was dismissed because the owner Pedro claims he is not the owner of this business, even though the business is registered to him with the state of Texas. He also claimed the business is no longer operating (a lie) and he filed for bankruptcy so there was nothing the judge could do since both the business and owner filed for bankruptcy. So, just stay away from this business.

I got the air conditioning in our house with them and my call was answered immediately by the seller who attended me very attentive and respectful, on one occasion I called them, they did not answer but not a minute passed and they were already dialing me, in other words they are very professional, attentive and respectful of your future clients and your current clients.

My parents had an ac installed last month on our house and the next week the capacitor went out. We called many times and a technician showed up and couldn’t solve the issue. We keep calling but they don’t give a solution to the problem. We are living in the house in the hot weather without a working ac!!
