Needed a non typical a/c filter size (24x36) for a commercial building that had flood damage.... they had 6 and I bought 5... I left 1 for the next guy. Friendly, courteous and professional folks....

This location knows there stuff. Hard to get great knowledgeable service these days from a supplier that is also kind and welcoming. Will definitely return to this store for all future needs.

Giovanna answered the phone with such vigor and positivity, the excitement was pouring out of my speaker. When I arrived I found the rare parts I needed were waiting for me at the counter. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

William did an excellent job of customer service and helped me get my equipment ordered and followed up with me when it was available.
Other people dropped the ball but he saved the day for us and our customer.

William at century a/c is awesome. I had a problem with an a/c for a computer server and he went above and beyond to help me, also William helped me on my second trip back to the store. I wish there were more men like him in this world. Thank you so much for all your help William, everything came out fine with the server. You are truly a blessing. I don't think I have ever experienced such awesome customer service. Your helpfulness and patience did not go unnoticed today.

Always knowledgeable and friendly staff from the very first time I ever walked in the door. The staff isn't rude like the competition was, they don't ignore walk-ins, the competition does, don't have problems answering questions for someone who wasn't sure what had to be done in a certain situation, the competition didn't even begin to try to find an answer.
This crew knows their customers and they never seem to let the fact that they are the best at what they do go to their heads. Keep it up because of your attention to service and your knowledge of your product you're going to be around long after the competition isn't.

I've been a customer at century supply at Gulfton and was very pleased with Travis. Travis is very professional and has great customer service skills and gave me great prices.

The new store manager is very helpful and the store is so much more organized will be doing all my summer purchases At this location

Should have a sign that says "Public Not Welcome". Great customer service helping me pick out the transformer I needed. But, then refused to sell it to me because I was a random person off of the street. Bought the transformer from Amazon that will be delivered 4 to 8 am the next day. Staff was really helpful up until the point where they would not take my money.

I visited Johnstone Supply in Houston, TX, during an exceptionally cold day. Seeking shelter from the harsh weather, I requested permission to enter the store briefly but was denied by the staff. Consequently, I had to remain outside for approximately 10 minutes, enduring the freezing temperatures.

While I acknowledge that stores may have specific policies regarding non-customers, I believe that, given the extreme weather conditions, a more empathetic and flexible approach from the staff would have been appropriate. This experience left me with a negative impression of the customer service at this establishment.

Al llegar, solicité permiso para entrar en la tienda y resguardarme del clima mientras esperaba, pero el personal me negó la entrada. Como resultado, permanecí afuera durante aproximadamente 10 minutos, soportando temperaturas muy bajas.

one of the best places to buy hvac equipment, been buying for years and plan on continue to buy all kinds from this location and other branches as well. thank you guys !
