They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and eager to solve the problem. The technician was absolutely wonderful and answered all of our questions in great detail. We’ve been using Polar Air for a couple of years now to do seasonal maintenance and repairs. Each technician has been great, especially Erik. When we’ve had major repairs, the communication is prompt and coordination effortless. Both our technician and office contact walk us through all our options and answer all our questions.

I have been relying on Polar Air for the maintenance of my air conditioning and furnace systems for several years. When it was time to replace both units, they acted swiftly and efficiently. Their quote was competitive, and they managed to procure the units and schedule the installation just a couple of days after I gave the go-ahead.

On the hottest day of the year so far, the Polar Air team arrived on time to install both units. They were extremely polite and kept me informed about the progress throughout the day. Their professionalism and courtesy were impressive.

Additionally, Polar Air has made follow-up calls to ensure that my new systems are cooling effectively. I initially chose Polar Air based on strong recommendations from friends who praised their honesty and excellent customer service. True to their reputation, Polar Air has consistently demonstrated these qualities.

I have been a customer for years. The service and advice have been excellent. I tried another company with big market share and reputation for a few years and they were incompetent, which ended up being expensive. They charged for every visit even when they were fixing their own mess.
So, I have returned to Polar Air : trustworthy and competent. I feel like I’m part of their family.

House wouldn’t properly cool, so called Polar Air after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. Came out, did some tests, found the leak, gave me a clear estimate and discussed availability of parts and timeline. Called the day before to confirm and called again day of to let me know when the tech was about 30 minutes out. Olson showed me exactly the part that had failed and was patient with my questions. Will definitely use in the future.

Polar Air responded to our AC issue within hours of our request. The technician was professional and gave us several options. We did decide to replace our unit and it was completed the next day. The customer service and follow up was excellent. Highly recommend this company!

They are liars and not well dealt, they say something in the online show and when you go they deceive you, I do not advise anyone to come here

Techs are thorough, good customer service in office, and they have a great Preventive Maintenance Program to check the air conditioner in the Spring and heater in the Fall.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this place was so good, I had to. I was hesitant about calling without any recommendations, but am so glad I did! Mateo, the service technician, was prompt, polite, and a hard worker. He told me exactly what was needed, gave a recommendation for the future, and didn't try to sell me things that weren't needed. Two thumbs up!

My ac quit working Thursday morning so I called another company to fix it. They came Friday morning and told me I needed a new $11000 ac unit!

I called this company and they were here in about 2 hours.They put a part on my ac and fixed it. I am quite pleased and would recommend this company to anyone in need of ac service.

Suppose to install new ac unit on monday show up for 30 minutes to get parts list,
2nd day show up took old unit in attic out then left, maybe here 2
hrs
Day 3 show put new unit in attic and leave saying they need parts . Arrived at 10:45 leave at 3:20. It's always an excuse, we are short handed, no help no one wants to work. Then you call office and they have different excuse. One guy had death in family the other guy had dentist appoint. Wow oh wow. I spoke to the tech when they show up at 10:45 and he out right tells a lie . We will have it done today. Bunch of liars. I think I know why bad company ph# has 666 in it. I guess I will have to stay home tomorrow to scream and be bossy just to get it done.

I really wished I had read the reviews for this company before having them come out to try and repair my A/C unit. The technician came out and said my A/C unit had no Freon in it and I need to recharge it. Instead of first testing the unit first to make sure it did not contain any leaks he put 12 Lbs of Freon in it at a cost of $650 (the unit only takes a maximum of 12Lbs). The unit appeared to work for about 48 hours when once it again it stopped blowing cold air. After calling Indoor Comfort Specialists back at 5:30pm two days after their first visit they wanted to charge me $129 for a after hours call out fee. I refused and they came the following day during business hours. Once they arrived they said my A/C unit had a huge leak in it and all the Freon had leaked out and I would need to get $1200 worth of repairs done to run a new line from the outside unit to the attic, and then they would have to refill the Freon. In addition they said I need a new capacitor at the cost of $330 and some re-wiring done which would be another $150 or so. I also asked for an estimate what it would cost to replace the whole system and they came back with the ridiculous quote of $7700 (which included a discount for the $650 I had already spent with them). In the end I called another company and they charged me only $1000 to run the new lines and fill it with Freon. They replaced the capacitor for $100 and did the wiring for $20. Their quote to replace the whole unit was only $4600 compared to the crazy $7700 by Indoor Comfort Specialists.

I called Indoor Comfort Specialist to request a partial refund for them not properly checking the system for leaks before filling it to the brim with Freon, but they refused. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OVER-PRICED SHARKS!
