I really don't know about this place because I've never been inside.This is where my husband go to buy his A.C stuff for his job?So I really can't tell you much about it, but I mean, if you need AC.Equipment that's a place to go.

I was startled awake this morning with what could only be classified as "expensive sounds" coming from my heater then a sudden stop which is never a good sign.

I took a look and found that the inducer's blower fan had completely distorted to the point that it was jammed against the external housing.

I did some research and got Southwest AC's phone number and gave them a call. I spoke to one of their agents who worked with me over the call to identify a replacement inducer assembly for a good price and off I went.

I was greeted by David and he not only had the inducer ready, but also the gaskets needed and gave me installation advice. The entire experience was amazing and I am really appreciative of David's knowledge and expertise.

I just got the inducer installed and our furnace lives again! I will definitely be back in case I am in need of more parts and equipment. This place is wonderful and they have a lot of neat tools.

Thank you so much David and Southwest AC supply for making this emergency into a minor inconvenience instead of the disaster it could have been!

I need to see better resolutions. Especially in a pickle. But they did come through... 30mins after a whole process.
Look, the order was previously placed and when I got there I was met with the above.
Ok. Starting an account takes info, I get it. But they failed to ask for it on the phone for a faster process. Instead we found out with counter sales upon arrival. It was painful. I post this to help the climate control community and supply stores. Let's get it done!

They will not give a price quote unless you have account. Therly are really good to loose loyal customers. Very harf to exchange defective part, even they claim one year warranty.

Friendly and knowledgeable group of people. We had been looking for something that others said we had to order. But yes , we found everything we needed at an affordable price.

Just called to find out if the USA MARS capacitors I needed were in stock for our ac units at our martial arts center. The employee that answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. I sent my wife to pick up the parts on the way home from work since she is in the area. The employee was super helpful and gave her a great price. At least $25 cheaper than I paid at one of their competitors and it was a Chinese part, not a US MARS part that are better. Couldn't recommend this place more!!!

Southwest ac supply has some of the best pricing in the city of Houston. I spent 2 weeks buying and comparing prices all over the city at different suppliers. For example today I purchased a circuit board for $220. The competition has the same exact circuit board for $320. Well worth the savings in my opinion. They are also very helpful in helping you find the correct part that you need. Been shopping for hvac parts here since 2007

Horrible people, they sold me a cheap chinese fan motor that overheated and a capacitor that leaked the electrolytic fluid everywhere. I brought it back to get it warrantied, and they denied me. They said they can only give me partial credit, this breaks my heart, i've been a long-time customer of theirs for years. Never coming back again.
