Called around looking for someone to check on loud noise coming from outside unit. The person I spoke too was pleasant and willing to work on my issues eventhough it was new years eve. On day their technician arrived he went straight to work. His diagnosis was it was the compressor and recommended a few things to ease the initial start up of amp load provided to the unit and a compressor cover that may dampen the load. He explained everything in detail. He was polite and patient with all our questions. We eventually decided not to install the recommended items as it may not fix the loud noise coming from an aging compressor. Thank you.
