Waited around while 3 counter guys took there time joking with the clients they had on the phone instead of helping me and others that were in the store at the time to get them on there way to the to fix a Trane customers AC I wish Coastal HVAC would sell Trane equipment they have real customer service

My home has been resetting itself to from being set at 75 down to 60 in the middle of the night sporadically for over 5 months sometimes happening multiple times a week. This cost me money and sleep and leaves me unable to enjoy my home. The response from Trane has been abysmal. They have admitted it’s a technical fault from their end but still have not prioritized fixing the issue and do not have an estimated time to resolve! Trane is no longer worth buying.

Very frustrated with the service. They dripped an epoxy glue onto my bathtub that permanently stained it. And then they charged me $850… I hope someone contacts me to rectify.
