I highly recommend this service. The heater was out all day. I made a call and they were here within an hour and repaired the problem. Will def use again.

Al & Jamal were very professional & kind and gave me a fair deal on new ac unit for my business.

Both techs - Omar and Hussein were very knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Warranty on part and work done. I will definitely will call them in the future as needed.

Servicemaxx was here the next day after I called to repair our A/C. He and his nephew/helper were very friendly and efficient. I will call them for all my a/c and heating repairs/service.

My Mentor/Spiritual Mom Carolyn B. Hayes' air conditioning was not cooling Sunday evening. There was hot air blowing, she called 210 Warranty, they sent out Jamal Yaqoub and his son from Service Maxx, LLC. They worked tirelessly in the attic and outside to check everything making sure the unit was working properly, the unit was running hot.

An hour later, they had the unit running cool air. We will be able to sleep well tonight.

Ms. Hayes' sends special thanks to them both in sharing about the proper filters to use. They were very pleasant. Mr. Yaqoub was precise in diagnosing the problem and left Ms. Hayes with strategic instructions to prevent the problem in the future. She highly recommends his services.

Jamal came out today and discussed the issues he found with my dysfunctional A/C. He repaired and had my unit back and running in no time at all and was extremely professional! Highly recommend this business!

Service Maxx LLC came out to replace our condensing unit. They also noticed that we were missing the secondary drainage for our evaporator coil. They provided the secondary drainage free of charge. They were very professional and also took the time to explain the issues with our AC. I would highly recommend their service.

They had offered Trane and furnace 3 years ago. I had it financed and they installed it. I was having some cooling problems with it so I had them to come and service it. It needed the fan motor replaced. I didn't look at the unit till a few days later. There were wires tied off and exposed on top of unit. So I confronted the issue and Jamal said it was normal. I said that that is not normal..it wasn't like that before. Mind you my Trane is still under warranty. So I had another AC guy come out and he said that they put a generic motor in instead of Trane parts. I told ServiceMaxx that they need to correct this problem. Or I will turn a report in to the Texas License and Regulations. He then sends a text at 10:45pm and says they found my trane motor and will be exchanging it with Trane and will deliver it. So I asked when and by whom? He then text and said he will call in a week or so. I then said that it needs to be done in a timely manner or I will make the report. I also told him that he knows that he should have replaced the part with Trane parts not generic parts. You did not ask or tell me you were doing that. He then got angry and said go ahead and make the report. Your not getting anything. Hopefully the License board will take care of this. I bought a Trane AC and Trane parts need to be used. I would not ever use ServiceMaxx again. Not honest people and very un professional!!!!

Service Maxx came to the rescue Saturday when Harvey hit the Houston area. They answered their phones when other ac tech wouldn't even answer their phones. Jamal was out Saturday afternoon to look at the issue. He set my appointment as a priority, came out the following Saturday on schedule and even finished early. He's very proficient.

Jamal the HVAC technician is incompetent. He has been to my residence trice for the same problem and could not fix it properly he tells my tenants that the air conditioning needs to be replaced and call me to tell me that the system is cooling well, and that the tenants complaint are not valid about the air conditioning not cooling, so with this techniques he kept going to my residence to make money on what I call stealing by trick through my home warranty. If it was possible to rate him zero I would have and i would not recommend Jamal at all for he is into making money by deceit. Shame on you Jamal for spoiling servicemaxx name.

Service Maxx came out to do our summer AC tune-up. They were very professional, I never had a group of technicians do such a detailed multipoint inspection. We were so pleased with his work that we actually called him back to do other needed maintenance work with our AC unit. We were satisfied with their service and hope to use his services again.

AC stopped blowing cold air Sunday night. Called them 1st thing Monday and they were at the house by 10 AM. Professional rep who quickly assessed the situation, gave me an honest assessment at a reasonable price. Kept me well informed of my options and did the agreed upon work and I had AC again by Noon. Well done.

ServiceMaxx came out and installed my new thermostats and I again had them out recently to help with some zoning issues I was having. Both times Hussein took care of us. He's knowledgeable and I trust his expert opinion. I'm a handy guy around my house but HVAC is one of the things I do not mess with. I'm glad I have Hussein and ServiceMaxx in my corner for my Air Conditioning issues.

Jamal at Service Max heating and air-conditioning was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was really surprised how quickly he completed the job and I will not hesitate to call him back or refer him to my neighbors, friends and family.

These guys are great! Punctual, professional, and great at communicating.

Jamall knew we were in a hurry to get our ac going and though we were scheduled for Monday he was quick to text Saturday evening to inform us that his Sunday morning spot had opened. I said yes please asap! He said 9am, and 9am on the dot Sunday morning here they were! Ready to get to hard work!

Jamall was also very friendly with our baby which is always a plus :) All working great since! Very much recommend 👍🏽
