Professional commercial work

I can’t say enough great things about this company and the way they do business! I spoke to Claudia, she asked a lot of questions about our issues, arranged for a service call, and kept us updated throughout the entire process, and followed up with us after the repair. Edgar our technician was Awesome. He was professional, friendly and explained what we needed and why. He troubleshot our entire system, and installed our new AC unit. I couldn’t be happier with this company and set up a maintenance agreement with them to keep our new system running like new in the future. I’ve allready recommended them to several family members and business associates because they specialize in Commercial, but do repair and install residential. If you are having AC issues, call them First. It will be the last call you will need! Thanks again Claudia & Edgar for all your help!

I was connected with Vargas through my home warranty company. I was told I needed $2600 of work performed. One of the items we were told we needed was a main board on AC system. I agreed and paid fee. After work completed the AC system continued to have same issue that board was supposed to fix. When I complained they looked deeper and found the real issue. Not happy with them as I spent money that wasn’t needed.
