Very honest reliable and and in the heat of summer they fix my AC unit same day. I shopped around for many vendors for my home. They say to have 3, Home Depot being one coming out at $13,000 and without even opening up any of the equipment. He basically just went around typed in his iPad and didn’t even diagnose the problem. It was more so just to get your money they don’t care if it’s just one part that needs to be fixed they’re selling you the whole unit. But Walter took his time went to my attic took out my air filter show me pictures of my evaporator coil. He went above and beyond just to help me understand the concept. Yes I can just change the evaporator coil like another vendor suggested, but keep in mind that my home was old and require the Freon that cost millions of dollars. So I went with his recommendation New HVAC w/ furnace brand new in the box at a great price.

Responded same day. I had the misfortune of dealing with my property management service to facilitate a repair on one of the hottest months in the year, triple digit weather. The work order was issued at 1pm, and they had it fixed by 4pm. Great guys, very knowledgeable.

I used these guys to fix my AC leak and was very happy that they were honest! I knew what the problem was and waited to see if they would try to tell me it was something more difficult. They did not! They confirmed it was condensation, insulated my pipe and charged me only for an easy repair.
I recommend this company for people who are tired of getting taken advantage of! They are honest, fast and reasonably priced!! 5 STARS!!

Hablé hoy a las 8:30am para ver si podia ayudarme con el clima por que semanas atras un técnico de la compañía ARS rescue rooter fue hacer un tune up y le dije que checara otras cosas una tuberia que estaba goteando y unos cables ,de los cables me dijo que no tenia por que tener dos cables la instalación q uno que estaba demas lo corto,instalo una cajita y solo me dijo prendiera el abanico y la calefacción yo confiada en que era un profesional lo hice pero me quedo la duda de por que no me dijo que prendiera el AC como esos dias estuvo fresco no tuve la necesidad de prenderlo hasta ayerrrrr y me di cuenta que solo prendia el abanico ,busque en you tube tutoriales para ver que podia ser para poder reclamar con causa y gracias a Dios que es justo vi los videos del sr Humberto me inspiró confianza en los videos y preferi llamarlo a el y gracias a Dios nos dejo funcionando el AC efectivamente esos cables no debio cortarlos el técnico anterior ahora voy a poner mi queja contra el y la compañía por que ni el tune up lo hizo el sr Humberto me explico muy bien ,despejo mis dudas ,buena gente y muy buen técnico se nota la experiencia muy profesional quede muy contenta muchas gracias!🙂lo recomiendo 100%

Humberto fue muy amable y Cortez muy rapido para resolver mi problema con el calentador central. Se Los recomiendo con cualqier problema que tenga con su sistema de Aire acondicionado.
