Our AC stopped working late in the day and Humberto still made the effort to come out that same evening to take care of it. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the system running again in no time. He explained everything clearly and his pricing was fair. It’s great to find someone reliable who is willing to help even late in the day. Highly recommend Humberto for HVAC services.

This is from my personal experience. 1. Superbad customer service. 2. Extremely unreliable. 3. Very unprofesional. I call this company based on the reviews but i agree with Michael Arthur, I spoke with Humberto we agreet to morning service he calls back to set an afternoon service 4:00pm we agreed, he calls me back in the morning saying he'll be at my house in an hour around 11:00am so i'm waitning so around 12:00pm i see a 10 minute miss call from Humberto i called back and he tells me he was at my house but i didn't answer the call so i said did you ring the bell he said yes (not true 4 people are in the house) then he tells me to ask my neightbor none of my neightbors are outside. So i sent called him and sent him a text that he just made me waste my time to which humberto responded "i wastes time and fuel". I nerver waste time or fuel with my customers or potential customers. I WILL NEVER CALL IT WASTE. I CALL IT INVESTMENT. I, my friends and family will stay away from this company.

It is the most honest recommendation for people and prompt service and accurate job. The last week service on my heating furnace was so impressive and I would go continuously together. Definitely I would recommend my friends. Thanks again!

Centauro Air Condition. company has always made themselves available, even when it was not convenient hrs...they go that extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I’ve always been afraid of A/C companies hearing the horror stories of some of my friends but Centauros was recommended by my realtor when I started having problems with my ac.. They are not only extremely knowledgeable but they were very reasonable in their prices and they took the time to go over in detail, my options. I will continue to tell everyone I know about the great services centauros provides..Thanks Guys!!

The owner came out and inspected my AC system, was very thorough, and explained what/why he was doing. I had a different company out that replaced the capacitor and said if that didn't work the system would need to be replaced. However, after inspecting the system, Celsius gave me a couple options. I have a freon leak but he couldn't trace exactly where it was leaking. I could replace the system or I could recharge the freon, tighten/goop the bolts it usually leaks from and hope we got the leak. He was very professional, explained my options, and was upfront every time he was going to do something that was going to cost me money. I highly recommend.
