I called Humberto at 2:28pm about an urgent HVAC issue. He said he could be there in an hr (~3:30pm). I sent him the details of where to go and told him if he required someone to be home, it would need to be later. Upon telling Humberto that I required someone to be there today or I would find someone else, his attitude changed and his integrity went out the window. What started out being a HVAC tech with some promise turned into a complete waste of time and a poor excuse for a business owner! Needless to say, I would not recommend using him!

Master bedroom always warmer than rest of the house. Had 2 previous AC companies show up in the past and never fixed the problem. Humberto made adjustments to the zoned system to get more air into the master bedroom. It has been 3 weeks since he showed up and the master bedroom continues to be cool and the wife is happy.

Centauro A/C is a very reliable company. I have called on them for several years and they have always been on time. Most of the time they will be there within a couple of hours. Great personality, easy to do business with. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.

I contacted Centauro Air about a week ago b/c the ac unit in my home kept freezing up. The service was expedient, thorough and professional. They showed up within the hour, diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately. The repair man was very pleasant and actually took the time to explain to me not only what was wrong, but gave me some preventive tips and suggestions on how to care for my ac unit. I will definitely be using them again if any other ac issues should occur and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and everyone in need of service.

We called them to repair our AC system.They are totally unprofessional did not have proper equipments like proper hose to clean off the water and left some water still there without proper cleaning off from unit.. Humberto spent 1-1/2hrs and gave me a crazy invoice for $600.. then negotiating of lower price...why not correct invoice the first time....What a rip off???. Be careful before you call him...

For some reason my AC completely stopped cooling. Called at about 8:45 AM and my AC was working by 10:00 AM. He priced the job at a very reasonable rate and the work was done in a professionally and timely way. I will definitely continue to use this company and recommend to friends and family.

We called Humberto first thing in the morning and had our AC running and blowing cold by noon. Great service and communication, we will be contacting him for any of our AC needs in the future.
