I can't truly say if they're as good as they boast because they never show up and don't return phone calls, text or emails. Randy Chronister and his associate Lenny came to our home for a service call and collected the service fee. They never returned to complete the job even so they told us twice they were coming. Lenny boasts that he's the best but he is so unreliable that we'll never know. I don't think he knew how to correct our problem he just talks big. We lost 2 weeks waiting for them until we found a great company to handle our repair. One star is too much!
