We had some hiccups diagnosing the problem, but Malcolm made himself completely available to me throughout the process and kept me updated every step of the way. They even arranged for a crew to come out on the weekend to get my air conditioner working — a huge help during the Texas heat. Professional, reliable, and great service overall. Highly recommend!

Joe and Jeff did a great job servicing my heaters for the winter. The house had been remodeled, so there was a lot of Sheetrock dust in the units that they cleaned out. They also recommended hepa filters in the attic, which I’ve had before and will probably save my life - since I was climbing ladders to change out 3 high returns several times a year.

Aire Serv in Houston really helped me out with my rentals, putting in the best mini splits and central air units, no matter the house. I'm definitely using them for all my places from now on.

We are so thankful for the quick and communicative service from Aire serv! They originally told us that they would be out the same afternoon, which is already pretty fast, but due to the circumstance of the repair we needed, they were able to rearrange so that we could get them out as soon as possible. We also really appreciated that the price for the repair that was done was super reasonable and for a commercial company, that is not typical. We will definitely be using them for our future AC needs!
