He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed the same day. Very reasonable price and excellent service. I highly recommend this company if you have an issue. Next time we have a problem he will be the first one we call.

Very professional and mainly very reasonable and affordable price. My AC unit for upstairs made weird noise. I’m as a woman and single mom who doesn’t know anything at all. I didn’t know what it is so I call 75 degree AC to get help. And what found out was the top cover for the vent was loose that’s why it had all those noise. They helped me fix it within 30 minutes. If I called the manufacturer company to come out to check they could have recommended me to change the whole AC unit which could cost 10K easily. But with 75 degree AC, they are very honest and even tell me how to maintain my AC so it can last longer. Definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

**UPDATE: Since their repair, our monthly electric usage has drastically increased, paying >$100 more per month at the same rate. Makes me think they didn’t seal the unit well.

The whole time it felt like they were trying to scam us! Our A/C was running but not keeping up. The evaporator coil was bad, but under warranty. Kenny’s team uninstalled the part WITHOUT checking that the replacement was in stock. My husband had to call the parts shop Kenny’s team used to find out the part didn’t need to be uninstalled to validate the warranty. Due to 75 degree’s mistake, we now had no working A/C, were quoted a 2-6 week wait for the part and Kenny said he wouldn’t reinstall the coil because it was “double the work”. Nobody should be without A/C in August but we have a 7 month baby! It wasn’t until my husband worked with the parts store, threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and threatened to pull the job altogether that Kenny “found” a replacement part. They left our house a mess, screws, insulation and welding left out in and around the attic. Then Kenny called 4 times in 4 minutes for payment since he wasn’t on site. I paid him within 10min of getting the invoice.
Horrible customer service and if you don’t understand the situation, Kenny will scam you.
