Great company, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Barrington. He was the friendliest and most knowledgeable technician I have ever worked with. He was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions and taught me alot about my equipment. i can't recommend working with anyone else, as HTS took care of my issue and Justin really went above and beyond.

No matter what you press when you call the main number, rest assured you will NOT be talking to anyone today (or any other day for that matter). Been trying to 2 weeks now. Neither my HVAC contractor or myself can reach them.

Don't buy anything here, they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale, the parts are never the ones you ordered, and then they don't accept returns or exchanges for the correct ones, since they themselves don't even know which one is the correct you are looking for.

Saw them driving around Houston cutting ppl off on the interstate, swerving back and forth between lanes, just being so reckless and unsafe. I’ve never reviewed a company based on their driving but I couldn’t believe anyone would drive like this much less in a company vehicle.

The always you have to wait a long time to set the luggage, but without it there is no way, because there are a lot of people and not everyone can be served quickly.
