Luke came by and was super helpful. Out of all the HVAC companies we have tried to talk to, this has been the best one. He was very informative and was transparent with what we need. Highly recommend if anyone is in need of a new system.

Great experience from start to finish. Liz was very professional in taking the time to thoroughly explain my quote and guide me through the entire process for applying for a new AC unit. Unfortunately given id be moving soon i didn't close up on a deal, BUT would definitely recommend talking to Liz as she was a big help!

It flows it blows air just as I wish I’m keeping it at 70It degrees it’s a 3ton in my 1200 foot house. I enjoyed my sales person Luke and my two installer team Jose and Javier. The installers went the extra mile to get it installed right away. They were here until 12am installing it to make sure we didn't have to go with out air conditioning. I can't recommend them highly enough.

luke came out to give a quote. ended up with a deal i like waiting on install. Will update with installed pics while I was impressed with the salesman the installation was not so great. they cut a ceiling joust and didn't properly sister it. (didn't even to to cut it just had to turn the register 90 deg.).initially had the drain line running up hill with zero chance of draining. the brochure the salesman used to sale the carrier a/c unit showed to come with a smart thermostat, they installed a basic Honeywell. and I was told a 6 month 4 inch air filter would be installed, this did not happen. the company sent just two guys to replace heater a/c and all ductwork. taking them a day and a half to complete! over all I wouldn't recommend this company. good price but you're getting what you paid for.

update. royal air has sence came out and installed the 4 inch filter we had agreed on. also sent out someone to look at the cut joist. after everything was said and done I'm happy with everything except the joist. I'll be fixing it myself later!

This past summer while I was assigned to a job in Minnesota my wife noticed the outside unit making noise, since she was coming up that next week they agreed to come and fix it while we were gone, I was leary but the service was top notch and no problems since. Its nice to know you can still trust people and they are a family owned business!!!

We have been utilizing Airchampion since first building our home as they installed the system. In the 4 years since being in the home we have had to have them come out after moving in to charge the unit as they didn't charge both before we moved in, replace each damper at least once, had to have them come out to fix the overflow pipe that wasn't over the pan and dripped through the kitchen ceiling which "wasn't their fault" and not liable for, used a/c tape to wrap around the blower in the attic instead of properly sealing it (quoted by a tech on a visit after I had to go and purchase as the existing tape had come loose), and now that it's hot outside apparently 4 years is a long time on a unit the 5 ton unit that covers 1800 sq ft of the house (2 bedrooms and an inlaw suite) I am told that it will not cool down overnight to the temperature we want (67*) as it has in the past.
We've had the bi-yearly maintenance performed every year, changed the filters on time, everything that needs to be performed for the system to run the best it can has and is being done. I just can't buy the fact that 4 years the a/c isn't going to cool like it did "like it would in a car" i was just told. We set it at 76-78 in the rooms during the day when we arent in the rooms and then cool it off at night. It's not like it's trying to keep it at 67* 24/7.
I will say that everytime that I have called them, they have responded promptly and in the same day unless we have called after hours which has been very helpful but I just dont know of anyone that can pretty much guarantee they have to call their a/c installer/repair at least 2-3 times a year.
