They are Trane certified AC reps. They installed my air conditioner. The air conditioner is still under repair. I called in for a repair and they gave me a window between 12 and 3pm.

I waited at home between 12 and 3...they never showed.

When I called them, they said they tried to call and leave a message, couldn't and left.

No phone rang....no message left.

When I called to find out what happened...no they say we call before we send a t tech. ...since I didn't answer they sent the tech to another spot.

They didnt say that when I put in the service request.

They didn't call and leave a message...

I have been without air for a week on a warrenty unit

Great company, great service, professional all the way around!

Our fan stopped working on our air conditioner. They sent someone the next morning and replaced the capacitor on the furnace in the attic. By that evening I noticed the house was getting hot again. The fan was blowing but not cold air. They sent someone else the next day and put two new capacitors on the condenser out side. It all worked for a week. Two weeks later, no cold air again. Made a new appointment for them to return the following day from 1-4.
I gave them my cell phone number as I would be out of the house in the am but would be there for my scheduled appointment. I was home by 12:40, plenty early for my 1-4 scheduled time frame. Around 2 pm I noticed a voice mail on my land line. It was Airchampion at 11:45 stating they could come early. I called the office making sure they were still coming and that I missed their phone call. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, assuming they were still coming to my scheduled 1-4 time. An hour later they called my cell phone and said " Ya, so I guess I was supposed to call you?" I said, "I don't know about that I was just making sure were still coming. He said "Nope, don't have anyone in your area anymore" I asked why they didn't call my cell, that's why I left the number. He said, "Well, I'm calling you on it now!" I stated, "But you left a message on my land line." His response was well, I don't have anyone in your area now and you'll just have to wait until tomorrow. I told him but my appointment was from 1-4. He just wanted to argue with me on how I didn't answer the phone and now he doesn't have anyone in the area anymore! I finally told him, look I'm not going to argue with you, I guess your just sending someone tomorrow. He said YEP, Tomorrow!" I immediately called another company. They came out and actually put gauges on the compressor, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. Fixed Airchampions work that should have been retaped after replacing the capacitor.
I have never had such BAD customer service! I've never had to argue with a company because they weren't there for my "Scheduled" appointment and they wanted to come early and I wasn't able to accommodate them. The first Tech's work was shoddy at best! I also found out they over charged me for each of the services that they did do.

I would NEVER recommend Airchampion to anyone! I know I won't be using them again!

Used them twice. First time, the tech did great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. 2nd time was a month ago, they came out, looked at the AC unit, said I needed Freon, charged me $400 and left in 20 minutes. 2 days ago the AC unit stopped working, called them as well as another AC shop for a 2nd opinion. Turns out there were issues with the coils and they should have been replaced the first time around, and new Freon was a waste. Wished Air Champion was honest to diagnose the first time around and save me $400, but they seemed not interested. Will not do business with them again, find another AC shop and save yourself a headache.

Joni has been my favorite technician since we have used Air Champion for our AC needs. He is very friendly, on-time everytime, and keeps us informed on what he is doing in detail. Air Champion is a great company with a great employee and Joni should be recognized for it. Thank you, Joni, for all of your help.

I have used air champion for over 22 years. I call them, they come out, and they take care of the problem. And if there’s ever been an issue with work they’ve done, they’ve ALWAYS come out to fix it!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great company! Strong family values!! They have made me a customer for LIFE!

My AC was having trouble keeping up with my home called another company and they wanted to sell me a whole new system got a second opinion from Airchampion they sent out Mario and his crew and they got me up and running for a fraction of the cost the other company wanted to charge me. Honest and friendly company would definitely recommend to others.

The new unit they put in my home is absolutely the best! I save so much on my electric bills. The techs are always friendly and straight-forward about what they have done to my unit, with great tips to help keep my unit running smoothly. Mario and crew just completed installation of a new 4.5 ton Trane A/C, furnace and evaporator system. The unit they replaced was a Trane heat pump installed when our home was built. These guys are excellent - a real credit to the AirChampion organization. Got here on time, were respectfull of our property and they really know what they are doing regarding the equipment they installed.
I have been a very satisfied customer of AirChampion for 23 years. They installed the original Trane equipment in my home and have been our A/C service provider ever since. Armando, our outstanding Service Technician, has taken care of us for past 15 years. These are good folks to do business with.

We replaced an old AC system. Tim was open and honest about our options and he and Mario were great. They did everything they said they would do and were very professional along the way. It’s nice to find and AC company that can be trusted. New system installed and running great.

Today I had my system replaced with Trane equipment. The crew that showed up today was very professional. They took care of my flooring and carpet as if it was their own home , system is running perfect. Thanks Mario and crew for your professional job. Would definitely be using them in the future.

Was pleasantly happy when James, from AirChampion came out to diagnose my A/C problem this morning. James was to arrive at 9 am but called to let me know he had to stop along the way because mother nature was calling, but his call was very much appreciated to let me know he was running a few minutes late. This is what you expect a technician to do. Once there, James knew exactly how to go about detecting the problem and before he left me, he assured me that the two installers would be out first thing in the morning to replace my evaporator coil and that he was going by to pickup my new evaporator this afternoon. Kudos to you James for being such a professional technician.

We hired Air Champions to help our church redo our A/C system due to growth - adding new units, reconfiguring current ductwork, more evenly distributing the air flow. This required multiple trips to the building spread over several months. They were very professional, gave us a quote which they stuck to and the few times they were running late, called us to let us know they were late. When we unknowingly let the invoice slip through the cracks, their office called to remind us to pay it - again, very professional and courteous and thanks us for our business. I would highly recommend this company if you need any type of AC or heating work done

I suspect that 75% of the time people only write reviews when they are upset about poor service. I try to write a review when I experience good service too. When I went to bed last night my house was a toasty 72 degrees - when I awoke this the morning it was a chilly 53! Both the upstairs and downstairs heaters were on the blink! What are the odds? I called Air Champion at 7:30 am. They promptly returned my call and continued to give updates. It was a cold, icy morning but the technician was here by 10 am. He quickly fixed the problems on both heaters - one being a disconnected wire, one being an ignitor switch. Both were fixed quickly and at a fair price. The technician (initials A.M.) I am not sure if you can post names - was polite, efficient and honest. Based on this experience I would recommend using this company.

Prepaid for maintenance. Maintenance was conducted. 2 days later the AC system that was just maintenance broke. air champion came out and quoted me a repair price. I thought the price was high and was skeptical about my AC breaking two days after being maintenance by then. I decided to call another company and get a quote. The quote was for hundreds of dollars less. The second company informed me that whoever last maintenance the unit left some things disconnected which led to the disruption. This company has been known to retaliate which is why my name is not posted. I called their champion and informed them that I would like a refund on future maintenance that was not yet conducted, they ignored me and never gave me a refund. The people on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional as well once they found out they were caught. Avoid this company at all costs.

Crooks! Dishonest. Called because my A/C stopped working. Guy was here no more than 5min without even going into the attic for a full assessment and told my wife" you're going to need to replace your whole unit". He said our system was completely froze up. He told my wife he scheduled a appointment for the next day for a complete replacement bid. Once I got home 10 mins later I took a look. No ice anywhere! Called another company. System was fine. Just needed the coils cleaned and topped of with freon. Called Air Champion back to complain. They didn't seem to care. They couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough!

Starting with my system evaluation by Armondo, Lee, Pedro and Tim we received first class install of new units and I would rate them a 10+ for an overall company rating.

The best AC repair company around. They have been serving all my businesses around north Houston for years and years. Honest, and fair pricing, and they work hard to get everything resolved every time.

After putting up with an inefficient AC/Heating system for the last 10 years, we had a new heat pump AC system installed by Air Champion. The experience couldn't have been better. Everything went as Tim promised about the install. Mario, Pedro and the rest of the install team did a great job! Very hard workers, professional, respectful and our house was nice and cool when they left! We highly recommend Air Champion for your air conditioning needs!!

I’ve been using AirChampion for 20 years. Had an elderly clients AC go out and they installed window units for her until the install 2 days later so she wouldn’t have to stay at a hotel.
