Newmark air-conditioning is one of the best service providers I have ever used in my entire life! I have used them on two separate occasions as I remodeled my house and rerouted vents. Marcos and his team are incredibly responsive, on time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I had an emergency and they were able to reorganize their schedule to help me out at short notice. Their price is SUPER competitive and all their workers are punctual, well mannered, and clean up after themselves.

After this experience I will be using them for all my service and maintenance needs in future.

Our AC went out on 7/24/25. After waiting weeks for service on our 3 year old unit (purchased brand new from them) , my parents paid $1844.00 8/6/25 to fix the AC. The air NEVER came on when their professional came to fix it on 8/15/25. The company quoted an additional $4,000 for a repair that should be covered under the additional warranty purchased. It is now 8/17/25…almost a month with no AC in Texas. THE OWNER read about our horrific treatment and replied to my mother’s plea for help with…We will DISCUSS it Monday. No answers to her questions. No plan of action. To add insult to injury provided a number to call if we need help in the meantime. Did you have to wait until Monday to be paid?

Dear owner: WE ARE SUFFERING! WE NEED HELP! WE HAVE BEEN BEGGING YOUR COMPANY FOR THE REPAIR WE PAID FOR. Please see the current temperature in our home. Would you tell your mother to wait until Monday? It’s so hot it’s difficult to breathe. Please.

Colyn was a huge help to getting us central heat and air. We have not had that in over 5 years thanks so much to the install team they where in and out in under 3 hours!
