Royal Air did a fantastic job! Who knew you could get a system installed on a Sunday? Well i sure didn't. Sergio was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the mini split system in a way I could understand. And when he said they could install yesterday, i was so happy since it was freezing temps last night. I had my doubts but Royal Air came through. The installers showed up early and were done in 2 - 3 hours. They showed me everything i needed to know inside and out so me and my pup slept comfortable last night. Thanks Royal Air!!

We just had our Airconditioning system installed by Royal Air Houston, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation (Special Thanks to Luke), he is so professional and knowledgeable. He helped us choose the right unit for our home and provided a clear breakdown of the costs involved, to the final installation, thanks to the courteous team Dodanin and Victor. They are attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Royal Air Houston to anyone in need of air conditioning services.

Sean did a great job explaining the system to me and working with us. He is friendly and enjoyable to talk to. We will definitely be getting back to him for new system!!

FRED SCHWAGER was a great guy to work with. He helped us get the financing we needed, was very polite and helpful. I would recommend him anytime.

I work with Alan today and he was excellent in sharing with me. Everything that needs to take place on replacing my AC unit. I am completely convinced that he will do an excellent job and provide me with the top notch service.

Had these guys come out to give me an estimate, they sounded good, but I’m not an impulse buyer. I may may go with them, but I will be getting another estimate. Jose was polite and offered what he thinks he will solve my issue.

UPDATE// Our brand new HVAC system broke down only 2 months from installation. Yet they have us waiting 3 business days to get a technician to come take a “look” at it not ensuring a fix. There is no sense of urgency considering the climate is over 90. This company has yet to resolve the several discrepancies we have ran into with this new HVAC system we paid $14K for.

Take your business elsewhere, save your money and go to a company that will ACTUALLY provide great customer service, quality work and consistency. I attempted to get a technician to our home on 3 different occasions within the same week to follow up with my HVAC install due to it not performing well. Unfortunately they all failed to follow through with the appointment. Including taking time from work to wait for their arrival and end up not showing up. Phone customer service is complete garbage— I contacted the company several times to get a ETA and they just kick around the bush to buy themselves some time so that they can RESCHEDULE for another time. Royal Air just collects your money, hires a third party company to install your HVAC system and then fails to ensure it was completed properly.

OK, earlier in the week I posted a very negative review on this company. Since then, they have responded and taken care of the issues at my house, and now I am up and running. Their salesman, Robb, is an awesome guy who took personal interest in helping me get the system straightened out and the issues handled. The real issue I think that they have is the call center team who you speak with when you call in to ask for service or help. They seem to be the only part of the equation that is not up to snuff. The salesman, Robb Foreman, was awesome and took personal interest in helping me get my warranty issues resolved. The field tech, Jesus, and his helper were very quick to work, extremely thorough, and made sure that the system was repaired properly. He came and looked at what I was telling him was an issue and addressed that, then went above and beyond by dismantling the whole furnace and inspecting every part he could find. He put everything back together and left me with a working system, and then the next morning showed back up at my place with another new part that he didn't have stock on his truck and again dismantled and reassembled the furnace with the new part installed. The furnace now runs and sounds like nothing it has run and sounded like before. It has a quick response and works better than out of the box. I could go into a lot of explanation on what they fixed and how it affects the system, but I'm not going to. I am not an HVAC certified person, however I have spent the last 40 years of my life building houses and have a very good understanding of the system.
I guess the sales and service team aren't what the issue was, it was the call center giving different answers and at some points, what I felt were rude attitudes when speaking with them. I think they need to work on this.
The system and overall company has been a good experience. I didn't give five stars because of communications with the call center leaving me upset and frustrated, and argumentative. I hope this is helpful to anyone reading these reviews.

Today Luke came out to to look at my air handling system. It is old and needed some love. I didn’t think that I would be able to get a new system, but Luke made it happen. I was approved with payments that I could afford and got me into a unit that is better than I expected. I will update as the unit gets installed.
Update:

In just under 6 hours, from arrival time to departure, less than 24 hours of closing the deal with Luke, I have brand new system installed and working better than I could have imagined. I am truly impressed with the quality of service that I have received from Royal Air, Air Conditioning & Heating. Simply amazing. The crew was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were mindful of any mess and cleaned it up immediately. And of course, Luke is amazing. Without his help, I would not have been able to do this. In my humble opinion, everyone should be purchasing their air conditioning and heating needs from Royal Air. You simply are not going to find better prices, better service or a higher quality of performance than from Royal Air. And just like that, before I finished writing this comment, my house is warm and comfortable. Thank you Royal Air and thank you Luke. You have a customer for life.

Our upstairs was always hot and uncomfortable, and we couldn’t figure out the problem. They installed a new unit and fixed the issue completely. From start to finish, the service was smooth, honest, and professional. Now the whole house cools evenly, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Luke came to our house and was very straightforward with us, offered us a good deal, and in no time, we were convinced to replace our old high energy consumption units with 2 carrier systems. Thanks a lot, Luke, for making the process very easy such that we were able to make a decision without delay.

He promised us that the team will start at 9am in the morning and finish at around 3pm. They were at our door exactly at 9am. By 1:30pm they were done removing the two old systems and installing the two new AC units. Everything is working perfectly.

Luke was very polite and professional. We had a lot of questions but he has so much experience he covered everything to a high degree. I really enjoyed Luke and the install was very efficient guys were very professional and clean.

Hue came out to give quote! He let me know about financing availability and warranty. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the systems and company. I really appreciate the time he took to explain how the units work and the quickness it could be installed. I'd recommend Royal Air... Hue is a great asset to your company!

We had the pleasure of working with Rob today and he was very conscious of what we wanted to get and what our budget was. He worked to get us a great system for our home and told us we didn't need exactly what we thought we needed because it would cause more problems than good, I can appreciate his work ethic

Your consult advisor/rep. was nothing less than incredible! Absolutely incredible! I must admit I was a little apprehensive in making a decision today regarding the purchase of a unit, but after talking, as well as listening to Alan, he had me sold & convinced on what he calls a “necessity/investment”. And of course I agreed. If all of your reps are indicative of Alan, you have an outstanding sales force! His level of functional expertise is only surpassed by his professionalism! Needless to say, I’m proud to be Royal Air newest customer!

Luke is very knowledgeable and helped me get a new Hvac system. I really appreciate his help. Very excited for the experience.
I am very happy with the install. It was scheduled for today and was completed. The crew was very professional and cleaned up before leaving they had cloths to put on my carpet and floors to catch the debris. The job from start to finish was excellent. I will definitely tell anyone that is looking for a new system about Royal Air.

Allen, did an outstanding job on presenting your products and explained the items that would have to be changed to accommodate the new unit... The options on that were presented on the financial side was revised as well... But my obligations on my other bills prevents me from taking the offer...
