We have used Air Champion for years and they never disappoint. After Hurricane Beryl my father's AC was out and Airchampion came through yet again and had him back up and running in less than 2 hours on a Saturday.

Air Champion has taken care of me over 15 years. I trust them. Leigh is kind & patient. She does exactly what she says she will do every time! She is friendly, compassionate, & very helpful. Mauricio is patient to explain things & answer my questions even though he may be exhausted from the heat. I highly recommend Air Champion for all you Air Conditioning & Heating needs.

During hurricane Beryl I was running my house on my generac and about 2 days in my AC stopped working. Air Champion tried their best to help me troubleshoot by my request because I knew it would be hard to get someone to me from storm damage and gas stations closed. We weren’t successful with our attempt so the next day they sent two tech out to get me up and running. They could have made me wait because I am over an hour and half away from them, but they didn’t. Anytime I have had a question or concern on my last house or this one they are always willing to answer my questions and help anyway they can.

I recently had them come to my home to help with a furnace that wasn’t working due to a motor part. I was in a bind and the staff was all exceptionally kind and helpful to create a solution to have it up and running as quickly as possible. Tim went out of his way to make this happen…and because him and the office my family now has a functional heater. I’m grateful and will be sending cookies ASAP!

My home was built in 1990, and I am the original owner. Air Champion installed the original A/C and heating units. Over 35 years, Air Champion has taken care of problems and regular maintenance, and they have never let me down. They have installed new units and always taken the time to ensure that everything was done correctly. Over the past few years, I have had the same technician, Frank Escobedo, doing repairs and regular maintenance checks. I really want to acknowledge the excellent work he has always done. Frank is very professional, courteous, and friendly. He is also very helpful, going above and beyond what needs to be done. He recently made some adjustments to my attic stairs in order to address some safety issues. As a senior, I am very appreciative of this generous thoughtfulness.

Air Champion installed the original HVAC systems when we built our home in 2008. I have used Air Champion for preventive maintenance checks, repairs and upgrades for 17 years. They have continued to provide prompt, high quality service at a vey competitive price. I recently experienced a plugged condensate drain line on one of our A/C units. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. My technician, Frank, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He vacuumed out the plug and then went above and beyond by rerouting the condensate line to ensure that plugging would not recur. Frank has conducted our annual furnace and A/C maintenance checks for several years. He is competent, punctual, courteous and friendly.
