KoolPro sent a tech out to do routine maintenance last year. The price was fair, the tech was professional and on time and we were very pleased with the service provided. As we were in the process of selling our home, the buyer’s inspector found a small issue with our system, unrelated to Koolpro’s maintenance. While we were under some serious stress and trying to wrap up the sale of our home, we called Koolpro again. William (THE OWNER) came to our home at 8:30pm to be sure that everything was right with our system and we could proceed to close on the sale without concerns over the HVAC system. Being in the Hospitality industry Customer Service is a big deal. I found an outstanding service and quick response from Kpol Pro A/C.
