Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. This is the only company that responded promptly and followed through with what they said. It's hard to find businesses that take care of the customer and do what they say they are going to do. Had Giovanni come out and unclog our dryer vent. Giovanni did such a good job I asked him to look at our air vents. (I've had several companies look at the vents and give quotes). Giovanni took the time to look at the vents and even fixed two issues that previous companies caused without hesitation or charge. Because Giovanni was so direct and honest, I went ahead and had him clean our vents. Giovanni and his crew showed up on time as promised, respected the house and did and absolutely amazing job. Would highly recommend Premium Home Services to anyone.

They replaced my planum box and installed UV light, very transparent with the process and showed pictures throughout the installation. Also cleaned chimney!! Great service.

Just had my 1 year check up for my AC ducts and vents. The work was done so well when they installed the UV light and it’s still holding up strong. Will definitely continue to use them and recommend them.

Please be cautious when considering Giovanni of Premium Home Services. The City of Houston informed us that our dryer duct needed to be replaced with an all-metal duct running from the inside of the laundry room to the exterior exit point. Giovanni visited the property and quoted $495 for the job.

I clearly stated multiple times—and even provided a screenshot from the official inspection report—that the City required a permit for this type of work. Despite this, Giovanni insisted that he performs this work regularly and that no permit was necessary.

After cutting a large hole in the wall, Giovanni discovered that the existing hose had simply become disconnected. I also noticed that the duct inside the wall was the same flexible material as the external hose, not the all-metal ducting required by the City. He still assured me that the setup would pass inspection.

When it came time for payment, I questioned the $495 charge because no materials were used, no metal duct was installed, and the only work performed was reconnecting an existing hose with a clamp after cutting a sizable hole in the wall. I offered to pay $395 upfront and the remainder once the work passed inspection, but Giovanni refused—another red flag regarding his reliability.

Ultimately, Giovanni charged me $495 plus $40 tax for cutting a hole in the wall and reconnecting a hose. He then wanted additional payment to repair the sheetrock and “complete” the job. The work failed the City inspection, and the inspector confirmed that a permit was required.

I had to hire another contractor—who pulled the necessary permit, installed the correct materials, repaired the wall, and still charged less than Giovanni’s original quote.

I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same mistake.

We were in need of extra vents for a new office and a quilt room. Got 1 quote for quite a lot but they didn’t see what was lurking in the vents. There was mold and mildew and even bacteria! No wonder, my nose runs all the time in the house! Giovanni noticed the problem on his way into the attic. He checked and yes there it was! But for a very reasonable price Giovanni cleaned the ductwork, fixed what had been done poorly, and put in the two new vents. One of the best things, these vents are being added correctly! They are not dividing the airflow of the room but are true vents!
He is polite, kind, obviously caring, and incredibly knowledgeable about how the air and heating conditioning systems work!
So, if you need your ducts cleaned, vents added or even a whole new system put in, call Premium Home Services , to get excellent service, quality and workmanship! Don’t hesitate, and don’t bother with the other guys, go straight to Giovanni at Premium Home Services.

Amazing and honest services from Giovanni. After 2 years of living in our residence, we figured it was time to clean out ventilation ducts. Giovanni arrived in time and inspected our furnace. He even took videos of what's inside and told us that duct cleaning was unnecessary. We are thankful for his honesty and transparency. Amazing service.

Our dryer wasn’t working the best that it should after having birds nesting in the vent. We called and Giovanni showed up prepared for the situation. Sure enough, there was a good size nest but he did a great job clearing everything out. Highly recommend!

Matt and Mike were amazing and I have Pre schedule them to comeback in 5 years. QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY and Honest, VERY Knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I will be referring them to my clients and putting the on my vendor list. Last but not least they cleaned up EVERYTHING!!!!!

Mike and his associate arrived on time ready to start the cleaning. He explained what they were going to do at each duct and the A/C system. They replaced all the standard vent covers, cleaned the ducts throughout the house and also, the dryer vent ductwork. A thorough job.
They were also worked very quickly throughout. He also checked for any evidences of mold and mildew. None.
Both fellows were very courteous and professional and careful about masking and distancing when in the house. I definitely recommend.

Mike Elles and Josh (?) came to my house on March 24 to clean my air ducts and vents. They arrived on time and were very personable and went right to work. My house had just completed repairs from the Big Texas Freeze and pipes burst with water in the house. There was dust and I was concerned about mold forming. They explained their process along the way. Only pre mold was found on one vent. All the vent covers were replaced. I was very pleased with the work and was very pleased and comfortable with bot gentlemen in my house.

Totally professional from first contact! Alex explained the process and was very helpful with providing information on the products they used. Mike and Matt arrived on time, allayed my concerns, finished promptly, provided pictures and communicated his findings. Incredible experience!

Recently purchased an older home near the beach and I doubt the ducts had ever been cleaned. Power Vac arrived on time and did a great job explaining the process. The prior owners had caulked around the ceiling registers after spray-texturing the ceiling (??). Matt was able to remove, clean and replace them without any damage along with the return grille. He showed me before and after pictures of the ducts and the clean up was so thorough you couldn't tell they had been there. Great service that lasts for 5 years+ and highly recommended.

The two men Matt and Mike were personable and seemed to do a thorough job. With duct cleaning it is hard to know the quality. The job was done without making a mess in our home . I would use Power Vac America again even though they are not the less priced of the duct cleaning services.

Power Vac America cleaned out all my vents and did a wonderful job. I had never had this service done before so was unaware of the process. They came and thoroughly explained and cleaned out all my ac vents and applied ac unit protectant sealer in my attic ac unit to prevent molding. I was very happy and satisfied with their work and would recommend.
