Our representative, Gio, was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided spectacular customer service. He arrived when he said he would and educated us on the build up of dust in our vent system. We will call Premium again, we just won't wait so long.

THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME. When Giovanni came to look at the vents after my husband told him it was dirty, he said it was clean, but he said he would fix the mold by putting in a UV light. After, a few days, everywhere in the house, started smelling toxic, even after we opened windows and turned on fans, nothing worked. So I called a different company that told me that the UV light placement was totally wrong and that they would have to throw it in the trash. Later on, the same company told me that the smells that were coming from the A/C were toxic bc the placement of the UV light was wrong. So, for weeks, I and my family were breathing in toxic chemicals. I knew something was fishy when he wanted me to do the reviews right away. I even tried to call the company back, but to no avail, I even left multiple voicemails, still; no response! THIS WAS A WASTE OF $500. DONT FALL FOR THEIR KINDNESS!!! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Giovanni and his crew were a great help. They were timely and very knowledgeable on vent cleaning. He allowed me to view the vent being cleaned on video while they were doing the job . I would highly recommend their services. Thanks again....

Giovanni is bad news. I called a different number and ended up with PREMIUM HOME SERVICES. I should have done my home work first so that's on me. He hired a contractor to start my deck work and try to scam us both. The contractor bought sub par materials and was not doing the work that I had dicussed with Giovanni to do. Giovanni tried to go up on the price by telling me the contractor wanted more money because he never told the contractor the truth about the work to begin with. I canceled the work and Giovanni does not want to give me my money back which I have been asking for the last three days. Seems as though I will have to take him to small claims court to get my money back BEWARE OF PREMIUM HOME SERVICES. BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, READ ALL THIS COMPANYS REVIEWS INCLUDING ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA WEBSITE

Giovanni cleaned my dryer vent and found it blocked at the attic vent and cleaned it out and the dryer is now drying the clothes 100% better

My whole experience felt like a scam. I had originally looked online and chose the highest-rated and most-reviewed company near me to clean my dryer vent. While on the phone, they said it would be $99, but possibly more if chemicals were needed.

When the technician came out, he said the base price was $99, but because I had a lot of buildup, it was going to be $199. I agreed, assuming they were going to use chemicals like we discussed on the phone. A couple of minutes later, I asked Giovanni if he used chemicals, and he said no—that it would be an additional $100 on top of the $199. I asked if I actually needed the chemicals, and he said no, so I declined.

After I declined, he said he could do the chemicals for $50 instead of $100, but I declined again since he had already said I didn’t need it. Then he said, “I didn’t want to do it anyways because it’s bad for animals and you have a dog.” That felt extremely dishonest.

The whole time he was in my home, he kept trying to upsell me, even trying to convince me to get my AC ducts cleaned by his company. When it was time to pay, he started complaining about having to drive all the way from Houston and said he was tired. Then he showed me a tipping screen with different percentages, which made me feel even more uncomfortable given the whole interaction.

Before he left, he gave me his business card and asked me to leave a Google review for his company. I told him I would, and he pointed at my phone and said, “No, now.” He wouldn’t leave until I left a 5-star review, and I only did so because I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted him to leave.

After he left, we realized this wasn’t even the company we originally scheduled—he was a subcontractor. I thought I could trust him because of the reviews, but we didn’t know he was from a completely different company. After reading more reviews, I see that he has scammed other people too. I can only imagine that many of the 5-star reviews are from people who felt pressured and just wrote something to get him to leave.

Gio gave us a great service, showed up on time was super professional and very helpful.
