Mike Elles and his crew were a pleasure to have in our home. Very professional and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We would call on them again if we needed duct cleaning. We were very happy with their work.

I find it rare to run across a team of professionals who truly take pride in what they are offering to the public. They sell a specific service, and they do that service with excellence. Mike and Matt came out to analyze what we needed, they came out to do the work, and we had an issue that forced them to pack back up and do it another day. They were beyond accommodating and helped us think through what we needed to do with another vendor for something else for us to get the most out what Power Vac was providing.

When they came back out the second (really third) time, it was obvious to them that the vendor with whom I was working that forced us to reschedule hadn't done the job appropriately. Instead of just pushing through and doing their job anyway, they pulled me aside and showed me that it was (clearly) done wrong. I first told them that I would have to reschedule again. Once again, they were very understanding and professional. It really came across as no big deal to them. They accommodated with class.

But then once they had left, we decided that we wanted to do it anyway and fix things with the other vendor later. I called them and asked them to turn around and come back. With a smile, they immediately turned around and returned to the house. They then suggested something they could do to help mitigate the problem. It made a ton of sense, so that's what we did. They worked their tails off for most of the day and did excellent work. After they were done, they sat and talked to us about what they found. They then emailed us before and after pictures of all their work.

I can't recommend these guys forcefully enough! If you need to get your HVAC cleaned, this is the company you want doing it, particularly if they send people even half as capable as Mike and Matt.

The two contractors were on-time, gave thorough explanation of my issues and provided an informative explanation of the process. Great job and went the extra mile. I would recommend Power Vac and Matt's crew.

I was so very pleased with the service from PowerVac America. Matt and Josh were incredible. They were both very professional and experienced. I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone. If you need any type of HVAC work performed, you'll want them to be the ones doing the work. The three service techs who came to my house wore masks during the entire time which I really appreciated. They were polite and careful with my furnishings while they did their job which was done in a very professional manner. They explained what they were doing and why and answered all of my questions and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Doug and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our ducts (I had a double lung transplant May 12th). I was very happy with the results and even more happy that the indoor air quality improved while I was healing from surgery.

Mike and Matt did a great job cleaning air ducts in a 50-year-old house! They were on time, explained the process, cleaned the ducts and replaced all vents. I was told the process would take three hours, and they were done in just about two, which really worked out for me because I had another appointment scheduled right after. I really appreciate all of their hard work, and highly recommend Power Vac America.

Matt and Josh told me in detail what they would be doing to clean our ducts. I was concerned that it might mess the house up and they assured me that their goal is to leave so that I never knew they were there. They did exactly that. They were amazing.

Mike and Matt came to our house following a small fire incident and cleaned both furnaces in the attic and all of the ducts. These guys were very professional in every aspect of the job. Also very courteous and well spoken. We would definitely recommend Power Vac America to our neighbors and friends.

From the moment I called Powervac to set up services I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the owner, Doug. On the day of service, Matt and Josh got to our house right on time and were extremely accommodating to our needs as a family with a small baby. They were efficient and explained everything as they went along. They also made sure they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. When they left they explained everything they did and when we should expect to use powervac's services again. We ended up paying exactly what we were initially quoted and they didn't try to upsell us or scare us into doing more than was necessary. We highly recommend them!

We called Power Vac after discovering the back of our registers were covered in mold. Matt and crew replaced our vents and did a full clean of the system, including the source of the mold, our AC plenum. He also explained why mold was more prevalent in certain rooms within our house, which was really helpful information as we try and prevent mold growth in the future. One small detail that I especially appreciated was that the plastic vents were replaced with metal vents, in part because plastic vents yellow over time. When I looked at my original vents, sure enough, despite having a nonsmoking home, they looked yellow! I appreciate all the work Matt and team did and how clean they left my home.

The employees from Power Vac America did a great job! They were very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning our AC ducts and replacing all vents. We were dreading having it done because we were sure it would be messy. They were very neat. Nothing was disturbed or dirty after they finished. Their names were Matt and Mike. We had Matt and his partner come out to clean our ducts this morning. They did a terrific job. They reviewed with us the process they would follow and some of the obstacles they saw due to the way our home was built.
They were very conscientious about cleaning up any and all dust that was stirred up.
They were quick, professional and had our home back to normal in just a few hours.
If all Power Vacs technicians are similar to Matt and his partner, we would be happy to recommend them.

Matt and Darren cleaned the air handler , coil, dryer vent, and HVAC ductwork. I have had this done by a competitor and they never did a good a job as this company. The process was smooth, all the work was explained and my questions answered. There were no surprise costs, and they cleaned up as they went. I will definitely use them again!

Very good experience with Matt and Mike from PowerVac America. They came highly recommended from my trusted A/C people and I am happy I went with their recommendation. Communication was very good, arrived on time, worked diligently through the process and kept my informed of their progress. The price was fair, and better than others I had received bids on.
