We scheduled an air duct cleaning with Novo Pros using their advertised $89 special. When the technician arrived 1.5 hr late, he informed us that we have mold in our air ducts. He presented a generic mold picture from his phone claiming it was ours and wanted to take care of it immediately for $500. We refused and insisted on initial cleaning arrangements. The “cleaning” took about 10 min! When asked to show before and after pictures as a proof of completed work he said we have to “trust” him and he would text the pictures later. After multiple requests via the main number, we were sent two photos that were taken at a different address and 2 weeks prior to our “service “ as evidenced by metadata.
The whole experience with Novo Pros felt like “bait and switch” con. Avoid this “company“ as they are dishonest and borderline fraudulent. Their Texas state license number can not be located on their website or with the state of Texas license bureau.

It was a tough job. They did excellent work and stayed on schedule.

This guys are awesome! I have a stackable unit in a very tight space and they did not hesitate to get to the dryer vent. They did a great job and did not leave any mess. I will be calling them for my A/C vent cleaning very soon.
