5-star experience from start to finish! I reached out to them via their website and heard back within 48 hours, which is amazing considering that I had reached out over the weekend. It was super convenient to schedule a free estimate. Teddy arrived right on time and was SO professional and courteous. He had shoe covers on anytime he was indoors. Since we just moved into the house, I didn't know where the dryer vent actually goes so Teddy had to go all around the house indoors and outdoors to figure it out; he was so patient and understanding throughout all of it. Once we found it, he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem. He explained it to me thoroughly and even took videos so that I didn't have to climb up into the attic myself. He provided two options and was very honest in sharing the pros/cons for each one. Ultimately, we went with the more expensive long-term fix, which is still very reasonably priced. We were able to schedule an appointment for him to make the repair within just a few days of the initial estimate. Again, Teddy arrived on time with his colleague, was very respectful the entire time, and thoroughly tested the installation to make sure everything was working well before leaving. There is a one year warranty for parts but he said to call him anytime if I have issues in the future.

BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! My mind is blown over the quality of work they did, the way they went above and beyond what they had to do by also replacing my vent covers and cleaning up all dust, and doing it all in a timely manner. They do a great job and know what they’re doing. I wish I took before and after pics, but I had big areas of black dust developing on the walls outside of vents, and they were able to completely clear those walls off - they’re spotless now and all my vents look so much better. Air is also flowing better throughout my house! Happy customer and would refer them to anyone I know for vent cleaning. Thank you!!!

The gentleman came to clean out the dryer vent. They were quick and efficient. They replaced the tube that goes from the dryer to the wall. Took very little time and they were on time. I appreciated the phone call when they are about 30 minutes away. Highly recommend this group.

Teddy was very friendly and outgoing. He gave us a pretty good and reasonable price for our dryer duct cleaning. Will be contacting him for our air duct cleaning. Definitely recommend!

I am so impressed with the air duct cleaning performed by Quality Service 360. The owner Teddy personally came with two workers and supervised the work in great detail. Teddy found problems that cause mildew and corrected them. The before and after photos are so helpful for me to see what tgey have dine. He even changed my dryer duct for free. You can't find a better company than QS 360 to clean your air ducts!!

I really recommend the company. They came in, didn't play games with prices and just said what the price is and cleaned the ducts professionally. While some companies come with a shop vac these guys came with professional equipments. Also, our dryer wasn't working regularly so they did a dryer vent cleaning and now it works like new.

Teddy and his team were extremely professional and did a thorough job cleaning our A/C vents. He went above and beyond what we asked for by correctly diagnosing and fixing related problems with our dryer vents, and fans. He also helped install some filters in our main A/C unit that are more effective and save us money by making return filters completely unnecessary. Would highly recommend him to others.

I am very impressed with Teddy and the team at QS 360. They did a wonderful job installing my new dryer booster fan, and dryer roof damper.

I have hired other duct cleaning companies, but the issue I had when them was all the same: they didn't want to solve the issues that were causing the dryer vent to not work properly. They all wanted you to call them back every 3 months for a “deep cleaning”. I just want something to work well and not be designed to fail.

Teddy was able to quickly determine multiple issues and every point made a lot of sense.

Incredible service. After a huge home remodel and years of problems with moisture in the air ducts, their professional team worked diligently for about ten hours cleaning all of the ducts, returns and worked to address the main cause of the moisture problem. My only regret is not contacting them sooner. Trustworthy professional and friendly service. A full 5 stars for Teddy and his crew. Teddy was extremely professional and very willing to walk us through all the things that needed to be fixed. He previously did a fantastic job on the dryer and now on the attic repair and air ducts. Very transparent about the work that needed to be done. Found our forever duct cleaning service! Teddy was AMAZING and stayed at our house till well after his dinner time to fully correct an ugly problem. We had two main connections from our dryer disconnected behind the wall that we discovered after a telling sign of moisture through our upstairs floor. He was very quick and prompt to get to us the same day, educated me along the way and gave a very fair price. Here’s a look at what Teddy had to work a miracle on.

Wow! I cannot believe how gross my ducts were! He cleaned them! He also found some issues with the furnace installation done by my HVAC company and was able to fix it before I had to replace the coils! This is a great company!

I called to schedules a quote for one day. He arrived and checked things out and gave an all inclusive quote for duct cleaning, debris removal & sanitation. I like their "per system" quote vs the nickle and dime approach of some of the other companies.

I met with a few companies to get quotes. This company has fair pricing in my opinion and there wasn't a risk of being blindsided with additional expenses once they started since his quote was all inclusive. This gave me additional peace of mind.

We scheduled a day and time for the following week. On the day of the cleaning appointment, i received a text notification with the crew's eta.

Once they arrived they started work immediately beginning in the attic, then worked their way to the vents throughout the house. They even covered what they needed to cover and cleaned / vaccumed when finished. Took them about 6 hours to complete the work.
