EXCELLENT service provided by Teddy and his company! We just moved into our home in August and were not aware that our ducts were so badly neglected. They came in and completely cleaned and sanitized them. We no longer have the musty odor coming from the vents and the air smells much better in our home. We would definitely recommend Teddy and Quality 360 for their services. We will be calling them back for other work in the future! I have uploaded a couple of before/after shots of the work. One is of the coil and another of the ducting. Just WOW!!

Teddy & team did a fantastic job cleaning my two AC units, all air ducts. I purchased this home 9 years ago, I didn’t realize there was a problem with one of my AC units which had developed lots of mold over the years. Teddy and his colleague were great with helping us do a dryer vent reroute at a reasonable price. Easy to schedule and straightforward. And they wore boot coverings inside our house (very considerate)!

He also used an existing dryer vent in the roof instead of creating a new hole. Now I’m not sitting in a sauna when we turn our dryer on! Thanks Teddy! You’re definitely going to be added to our list of go to’s service companies!

Teddy was thorough in cleaning all parts of our hvac system. Friendly and helpful by pointing out possible issues with other parts of the house.

Teddy and his assistant came to clean my clothes dryer vent. Teddy always communicated what needed to be done and how much it would cost ($199). He cleaned and vacuumed from the outside and then from the inside. Since it was a full service dryer vent cleaning, he also changed the flex tube that goes from the dryer to the vent. He noticed that the external vent cap was not squared and repositioned it with new concrete screws. He took time to make sure the flippers on the cap worked well so that it would not be a cause for blockage. The assistant also cleaned inside the dryer so that there were no dust bunnies left. They wore booties inside the house and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate their professionalism. We are thinking of doing the AC vents come September.

Teddy and crew did an excellent job on my air conditioning ducting system. The solution was not patch work but pinpointed in fixing the root cause.

My 17 year old dryer duct and vent were clogged and my landlord only vacuumed the hose which didn’t solve the problem of my clothes taking longer to dry and lint going through the vent into my yard. I checked Google reviews for a dryer vent inspection and cleaning and was impressed that Quality Service 360 had all 5 star reviews and a free inspection. I called them and Teddy was available to check my dryer that afternoon. He moved the dryer and immediately noticed the damaged, clogged hose attached to the dryer with zip ties. He and his team took the cover off the back of the dryer and revealed huge amounts of lint clogging the fan and stuck in crevices. If it wasn’t for Teddy and his professional team cleaning out my dryer the house could have easily caught on fire. It was a ticking time bomb. The service was very affordable and Teddy showed me all the defects and explained everything thoroughly. I wish I had called them sooner! I highly recommend this company. Call the professionals instead of assuming your landlord knows what he’s doing. Dryer fires are no joke!

Mr. Teddy an his crew ARE THE BEST!!! Upon arrival I was given details on what type of cleaning how long it would take and the products that where being used. Mr. Teddy an his crew masked up and had coverings on there feet an added plus for me! Professional friendly and through is all I can say about these guys. They covered my furniture and removed any debris that was caused by the cleaning. Not to mention they sealed all areas of my ducts and provided me with a warranty! They took care to place protective covering over our furniture. When they were done the air quality sensor on my air cleaner immediately reflected the results of their work.
