Teddy was incredibly helpful! They cleaned my dryer duct and helped vacuum some of the grates that were dirty. They also helped change around grates in one of the bedrooms that was facing the wrong direction. They were efficient, timely and reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend them!

Was very pleased with the service. Technician Craig D. was professional and personable. He answered all our questions so that we clearly understood. In addition he was wonderful with our dog who had no interest in Craig’s personal space.
At this time we had only the inspection but with that we now know what needs to be done in order to make a decision so i highly recommend their service.

They came did their analysis, took lots of pictures and came up with a plan to fix my leak. Miguel was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the next steps and told me about the maintenance plan. He was very helpful.

A repair to our dryer required that the dryer vent going through to the house exterior be cleaned. Cody arrived promptly and checked everything and found a clean vent from the last cleaning. He left everything in better condition than he found it, too, by securing the dryer seal. Thank you very much, Cody, for going the extra mile!

Miguel came over to check out a bird family living in our chimney. He was very knowledgeable, and even though he could not remove the birds (protected species), he told me what to expect, and will come back when the birds leave to clean/inspect.

Technicians Miguel and Issac were very professional and answered all of my questions. Office representative Milly was very responsive in assisting with scheduling. Highly recommend.

The technician was extremely nice and explained what all the issues could be. He had our fireplace repaired in a matter of minutes. We were very happy with all that he did. We will definitely call again if we have any other issues.
