John and Mike @Lords Chimney did a great job repairing our chimney! They were fast and super helpful in explaining all the work that was needed. I highly recommend them if you need any chimney work done in the future.

Mike was very patient. Courteous .and explained everything very well. I would recommend him to speak with anyone who needs any assistance. Should get a raise since it is not often you get this type of positive character in the world we live in.

We had several obstacles to overcome during the installation of my new gas fireplace, but everyone was so polite and determined to get my fireplace installed and functioning.. Cody thanks for your diligence, Jonathan you and Chris got the dirty clean out but couldn't have done a better job. And Joe and P.... The installation was great, obstacles were overcome and the two of you did an expert job with smiles all the way.

Chris showed up on time as he texted me when he was on his way. He came in got to work explaining everything he would do. Answered all my Questions. He was a very nice young man and was knowledgeable in everything he did. Left my room clean of his mess. I feel confident using my fireplace once again.

I am very impressed with this company. They did a thorough check up on my fireplace. Miguel did an excellent job also explaining everything to me as he was doing the inspection of the interior of the fireplace. I would definitely recommend them!!

What they found was not good. What they did was GREAT!
Craig and Jose from Lords Chimney found cracked, crumbling and holes in our fireplace. The team was meticulous in repointing mortar, applying water repellent, and installing a new galvanized chase top and new storm shield cap.
I recommend Lords Chimney for any and all chimney repairs.

Lords is simply the best! Always professional, knowledgeable and transparent. I have been impressed by everyone they have sent to my home. Cody did an amazing job getting our chimney repaired after the hurricane. I called Lords to look at our damaged chimney and expected to pay for someone to come out and just inspect and prepare a proposal with the work to be completed later. Lords sent Cody out quickly and he just went right to work. I will not hesitate to call Lords for all my fireplace needs.

This was my first time using Lords Chimney, and I highly recommend them—in particular, Jonathan and Chris. I was really impressed with how thorough, professional, and friendly they were. They cleaned my dryer vent, performed an inspection of my chimney, and also did a touch-up on my chimney so that it would look great. They provided me with updates as they worked, showed me photos of work that would otherwise have been hard for me to see (for example, they had to do some of the dryer vent cleaning in my attic) and answered all of my questions. They also cleaned up all of the places where they worked and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I also had a good experience scheduling my appointment with their receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. She actually let me know a few days later when a cancellation occurred in case I wanted to have an earlier appointment. I am really pleased to have found this company and intend to continue using them.

Miguel came out to service our home today and to look at our fireplace and chimney. The visit went very well. He is Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, informative, very polite, patience and detailed oriented. Explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. Gave us details on different options they provide for repairs needed. My family appreciate the great service he provided and will be returning customers. Highly Recommend.

The BEST fireplace service ! Chris and Lawrence were personable, professional and competent. After getting pilot operational followed up to make sure it ran for extended time. When it failed they contacted manufacturer and again diagnosed the problem. Outside vent was partially obstructed from mud dobbers! Cleared and cleaned. Excellent service. Just want to mention we called Lords after the first service company just thought replacement of entire system was best option. Again Best fireplace service we’ve ever used!

The technicians were on time, professional, and clearly explained what they would do. The video equipment is very helpful and they took me through their findings. The followup email summarized their findings and recommendations with pictures. They were clean, courteous and well-spoken. Lord Chimney exceeded my expectations and I recommend them.

Miguel Yanez was our inspector and he could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and excellent. He did a thorough inspection and clearly explained every detail to us, as well as repositioning our gas logs. And as an added bonus, he is a truly fine young man…respectful and friendly. I’m glad I scheduled dryer vent cleaning.

I had no idea how much lint was trapped in my dryer vent until they cleaned it out. My dryer is running much more efficiently now and I feel a lot safer knowing the fire hazard is gone. Excellent work
