I paid 12 dls for a capacitor that was 9 dls on Amazon. It's worth it. Absolutely my #1 place for me whenever I need any AC supplies. I have been able to buy the capacitors and other pieces sooner than the 2-day amazon service. They are very kind and provide advice if needed. It's very convenient to have this store available for residential. Great option 👌

Partsco A/C Supply provided unbelievable service! The condenser fan motor on our A/C unit went out on a Friday evening. I tried finding somewhere local online that carried the part and was open with no luck. In the Houston heat with three small children I really needed to get our A/C fixed.

Thankfully I came across Partsco A/C Supply. The Google listing showed that they would open their doors after hours for a $75 fee, and under these circumstances I was happy to pay the fee. The owner promptly answered the call, but rather than just meet me at the store he asked several questions about the motor to ensure he had the parts in stock before wasting our time meeting at the store. I ended up texting over a picture of the motor name plate, and he confirmed they had the needed parts.

We met at the store 30 minutes later. In addition to selling me the motor, he ensured I had the correct capacitor and connectors. He also gave me some helpful tips about installing the new motor. After checking out he offered that he would be awake later that evening, and if I needed any help I could call. While making the final connections, I was unsure on one spot so I called the owner. Once again he answered and was able to quickly help with my question. The motor was completely installed and we had our A/C back!

At the start of the summer (about 7 months ago) my AC blower motor went out. I got a quote from a company for $1,200 to fix it. After looking online and watching some youtube videos I decided to take care of it myself. I called this store and asked if they had the parts. They were more than informative. I took out my blower motor in the morning, took it to them, got a new one and some other parts, and had it fixed by the end of the day. The motor was not an exact replacement but an aftermarket part. They really spent their time to help me map the wiring. I took lots of pictures of the wiring while I was taking the old one apart. I would have been lost without them.

Their help, patience, and prices are amazing. I saved $800+. It is 7 months later, my AC is working without any problems, and I still think about how awesome they were! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I bought a replacement condenser fan motor they recommended. I didn't google the parts to compare prices or research it because they seemed like nice, knowledgeable people, and I didn't want to be rude. That was a mistake. They literally charged 100% more than the highest price I found online. What really annoys me is that I didn't know it was such a cheap part. I wouldn't have taken it for half the price. Cheap parts means double the labor. It will likely fail prematurely, putting me in the same situation again. I'll have to order a quality motor from another supplier and replace it a second time, then throw this cheap junk in the dumpster. A waste of time and money.

Definitely a life saver! I needed a circuit board for my furnace on Sunday, so I called the emergency number and in 30 min I had the brand new part, at a reasonable price. Also if you just need expert advice they don't mind helping out. I only gave them 5 stars because they don't allow for more

The customer service is wonderful, and the purchasing process is very fast and easy. All A/C supply stores I contacted did not sell the motor I was looking for. This location did not have the exact one either. However, they had one that had the same specs as the one I needed. They are very helpful in locating what you need.

I just want to thank George , for opening up yesterday after hours. I called partsco A/C supply after hours number spoke to George and informed him of what was going on. George quickly answered and said he had the parts in stock, I told him I could be there in 10-15 mins . Long story short they saved us from what would have been miserable hot humid summer night . I needed a new condenser fan motor and was searching the Internet for a company that was open on a Saturday. I found Partsco late in the afternoon but being a hour away I wouldn’t have made it to location during regular hours. They have an emergency service that would have someone come back to open the store so I could purchase the fan. There was a cost for this service but I felt it was worth it to be able to purchase the fan. I meet a guy at the store but I wish I would have caught his name to give him credit. He was super cool, we spoke about what needed to be done to replace the motor. He provided me with some clips and a new capacitor for the replacement. He helped me to my car with all the things I picked up. Great service! Great pricing! Highly recommend this place for your HVAC needs.

Definitely 5 star Service. I went to 2 other AC supply stores where I met lackluster service before being recommended to Partsco. Donna found me a 16" damper with Honeywell motor and had it delivered to her store within 2 hours.
The price was more than fair, and the service was more than I expected. Thank you Donna!
