Our HVAC fans blades went out and this facility was open on sat when it was critical for us to get parts and everyone else was closed but they were open and gave us great customer service. This was important for future business relationships....good family oriented customer service a d kindness with knowledge.

Let me tell you about the crew at Partsco. Today, Sunday 8/3/25, I was in desperate need of a fan motor for my a/c unit. I called them up, they said they had the part I needed and when I got there, not only did they have it ready. They helped me remove the fan from my old motor, and then gave me pointers on how to wire the new motor with the new condenser. I am no a/c tech so these instructions thin were greatly appreciated. Thank you guys so much, keep up the great customer service. And thank you for your patience with me.

I had a wonderful experience here. I drove 45 minutes to the store because they were the only ones that stated they had a replacement motor for our AC. When I got here, I was quickly greeted and quickly helped. I’m quite clueless when it comes to AC issues and parts And they could absolutely tell lol. They found the parts that I needed and even showed me how to fix it and gave me tips on what not to do and what to do. They were super helpful. I highly recommend this establishment!

I appreciate the guest service and efficiency of this business. I called needing a part and they quickly found what I needed and physically put their hands on it before confirming with me. When I got there, they tested my old dryer element with ohmmeter and quickly saw it had a crack in it. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

Donna was very helpful over the phone giving plenty of advice to ensure I buy the correct fan motor needed for replacement.

Once I arrived, Donna and George had me fixed up and out the door quickly, George even swapped the wiring around on the motor so it was a direct install for my Carrier unit.

Couldn’t have been easier. A quick Google search, one phone call, a short drive, and they had the parts in stock on a Saturday. They matched me with the correct motor and capacitor and even coached me on what else I’d need to do the job right the first time — no return trips, no waiting for shipping. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was back to cold air within hours. Partsco will be my go-to if I ever need HVAC parts again.

Great customer service! I bought a capacitor which it was dead. They tested it right in front of me but I was warned that maybe the fan was going out and since I was working on the relatives AC unit I did not know what was the symptoms.
When I installed the capacitor, I noticed that the fan motor was wobbling and I told my relative that that motor needed to be replaced soon. Well soon came in the next day, it stopped working completely.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful and show me the new wires needed to be wired up to the unit and now is working like a jump again.
I recommend their services they’re very polite and helpful.

I was having an HVAC issue, and decided to try and fix the issue myself. I brought the part I thought needed to be replaced to PartcsCo. Donna tested the part and asked me what issue I was having. Turns out the part I brought in was fine, but she told me what to look for on my compressor that may be the problem. I went home and looked again, and brought another part back in. Still wasn’t the issue. Anyway, I was able to resolve the problem on my own, but I was so grateful for the amazing customer service from everyone I met at the store. They were kind, patient and informative. Thank you all for being open on Saturday and for also being willing to come out to do service today if necessary. Well done!!

Rigo and his son have been a pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable letting him and his team into our home. I had a drainage issue with low Freon. He came in diagnosed the situation and resolved the issue. Prices are very reasonable and I plan on getting a whole new system with Famous A/C & Heat.
