Highly unsatisfied with the quality of the work. I paid for the “detailed” clean and was left with piles of dirt around my ducts. When I tried to contact them the man was rude and insulting. Would not recommend.

The down stairs carpet did not look any better after the service, I was told there went out of the room in less than five minutes which was the room that needed the most attention. The extra two room that were done looked a little better.

Jorge and Miel did an amazing job cleaning my houses. Very fast in and out. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with this company again!

Sam, and his crew , was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. I really appreciated how thorough the job was—from the cleaning itself to how well they cleaned up the area afterward. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Called to have my vents cleaned. Sam was there maybe 1 hour. He took off the vents, washed off outside, put vents back up, then spray painted vents white (after they were put back up). Excess spray paint was around the vent on my walls, which was a different color. He should have spray painted them before he put them back on the wall. Before I post a negative complaint on social media, I always give the company a chance to resolve the issue. Sent the company an email and Sam called and said he was doing me a favor. I needed to have extra paint on hand that color to fix. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.

We were so happy with the results after they came in and cleaned two of our white sofas. They look practically brand new. They worked quickly and great communication. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration is an incredible company. The representative, Sam, explained everything that was needed to replace the 78 year old air duct work and gave a good price. The work men were courteous and very knowledgeable about the work. They did not leave a mess. I woke up the morning after they completed the work without a headache and breathing much easier. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was impressed your crew showed up and explained what they were going to do. Although I was not provided with before or after pictures and was under the impression that each register was going to be removed and cleaned up to the air conditioning. Which was not done they just cleaned from the a/c unit through the ducts in the attic.

Well, he was polite and efficient, he did a good job on the vents that he cleaned.

Sam and his crew did such a good job. The before and after pictures show they are skilled and know what they are doing. We appreciate Sam’s knowledge and expertise on explaining the process and what we needed to have done and WHY. He was so detailed and we understood. Very friendly personality and we will definitely recommend your company with his service.

They came out in the morning to clean the dryer vent from the back of the dryer all the way through to the outside vent. The amount of lint they sucked from the vent was enormous.

The crew called about twenty minutes before they arrived, and they were so nice. They explained everything that they were doing.

Later that day when I tried the dryer, it shut off and an error message showed up. I called and they were back in ten minutes. Some lint that had been hiding in a corner of the vent shifted when I turned on the dryer and was blocking the outside vent. The crew found it and had it cleared in less than two minutes, and charged me nothing for the second trip.

Five stars and I’ll use Extreme again.

I’ve used Extreme 3x in the past couple of years for basic dryer vent cleaning. I’ve been satisfied with their work. The team are friendly, efficient, and responsive. I reached out to the office before a recent service and they provided an excellent explanation regarding my situation and concerns. My technician (Anastacio) also listened to my concerns before starting the work. I highly recommend Extreme and will be using them again.

The crew was great and I highly recommend their service to anyone. The price was fair for the service provided. Another company wanted 4 times the price. The service tech removed a plastic piece in the roof vent that will prevent future clogs and gave me another small duct from the dryer to the wall that is easier to work with for free. They were in and out is about 15 minutes. I will use them in the future and I already recommended them to a coworker who lives in the same neighborhood. Thanks again.
