McCann is a really good hvac company and has been in this business for a very long history. I had Steven to come and make the estimate for a 4 ton 18 seer Daikin fit unit, and he did really good job explaining how each parts worked. I’ve been shopping around for a week and got 8 quotes for that Daikin unit. I have to say, McCann’s price is one of the best. They’re really honest experts with extensive experiences.

We went through several Air Conditioning service providers. We had one issue - that water was draining through our secondary line - that no one was able to resolve UNTIL we hired McCann. We have now been using them a couple years and have been extremely impressed by their professionalism. It is sometimes very challenging to find home service providers you can trust... THANK YOU!

He took the time to explain how to prevent this problem in the future, the preventive measures they used to help avoid it from happening again, and clearly detailed the steps he took to get it unclogged for us.

McCann Services Inc. has been a lifesaver for us. After receiving what turned out to be a suspiciously erroneous diagnosis by our previous longtime HVAC provider (who told us we were looking at an expense between $5,000 and $15,000), McCann correctly diagnosed what turned out to be a minor issue that cost us less than $250. We immediately terminated what had been a yearslong relationship and signed up for a service agreement with McCann. Special kudos to Andy, the technician who correctly identified the problem and was recently at our home for the first of our twice-yearly check-ups on the system. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

Yair is top notch! Super responsive, professional, knowledgable and even with all that very fairly priced. I highly reccomend them because they are straight up honest. Fix when needs fixing and doesn't try and sell you on anything unnecessary. If you are looking for an honest company this is the place. Yair and his technicians are fantastic.

Not very impressed. They told me my air conditioning wasn’t working well, which I already knew. What I wanted was a quote for a replacement system. I didn’t get one and instead got $125 bill for a “service call.” perhaps communications got garbled with the hurricane but I could not recommend them to others.

Easy Flow Services installed two HVAC systems in my newly renovated home in 2019, and I continue to have the company perform biannual (fall/spring) preventative maintenance on the units. They just came by this morning to ensure the systems in good working condition and are ready for the Houston summer heat. We also expanded our garage apartment in 2022, and Easy Flow Services did not try to upgrade the unit, rather saying that the existing unit should be fine despite the increased area. I have always found their service and guidance both professional and reliable, and I am confident our HVAC units will continue to run smoothly under their regular maintenance. Came out to look at my AC and the $130 service call was just one of their techs spending all of 5 minutes looking at my issue all to quote over $10,000 for an entire new system.
Upon a second opinion all that was needed was 1 pound of 410a freon and for the coils to be replaced.

I had my A/C unit looked at because there was a lot of water coming out from our secondary drain pipe. Easy Flow Services sent one of their technicians that turned out to be very knowledgeable! Explained everything that was going on and made some recommendations. He fixed the problem which didn’t take too much time! I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great job!

Generally good work and I liked their annual plan of having techs come out and service my units twice a year. I was unimpressed when they billed me for a "service call" when all I asked for was a quote for additional work (which I didn't proceed with), but to their credit they reversed it when I called and asked them to.

Called Easy Flow in the morning when my 4 ton AC went out. Arrived on time, courteous, knowledgeable and Carlos completed the job as required. Have used them many times. No disappointments.
