Great service just some areas didn't come clean, maybe due to rushing. But nice and friendly. Hate I had to pay an extra fee per room for deeper cleaning. I did one main room but had areas missed and lines in carpet. But will recommend 👍🏽

We recently worked with Extreme Air Duct and Restoration Services on a large-scale project at 3525 Sage Condominiums, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

David was incredibly professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, scheduling was organized, and every detail was handled with care and efficiency.

The crews they sent were unbelievably good, courteous, respectful of residents’ homes, and highly skilled. The project involved cleaning dryer ducts and ceiling fans in all 290 units, which is no small undertaking. Despite the scale of the job, everything ran smoothly and on schedule.

Resident feedback was overwhelmingly positive, which speaks volumes about the professionalism and quality of their work. The entire project was a 100% success.

We would not hesitate to recommend Extreme Air Duct and Restoration Services for any large residential community project.

Jason the owner is a crook. Terrible attitude, zero customer service and sounds over the phone like a real piece of work. Service workers are kind. But pretty sure they are instructed to not tell they charge $90 for parts run and to add on additional hours. If it weren't for me monitoring and timing I would've lost $200 to them. Would recommend a slew of other service companies before calling this one.

I had two Daikin mini-split compressors feeding eight units installed when I renovated my house. Since I only had problems with them and spent thousands of dollars to have them fixed with zillions of incapable companies showing up just trying to rob me one after the next (not counting the crooked initial contractor Patrick Combe who stole my money anywhere he could and left us with a non functioning system). Thanks to Ruben the technician McCann sent over he found the units where not properly installed, the control wires where crossed with the refrigerant lines, totally confusing the control systems. Kudos to Ruben who was very methodical in identifying the source of the problem. Thanks to him we are weathering our hot summer with cool, consistent AC!

Excellent company!! We have used this company for 15 years and have always had excellent service! Even when we needed repairs this summer during the heat Jason made sure his technicians came out. Jason is always professional and has excellent customer service!! We have never had a problem with this company or the owner infact my whole family uses McCann Services! EXCELLENT COMPANY!!

I have used McCann Services as my primary home HVAC contractor for over 20 years, when Gene McCann ran the business. Gene retired and his son has taken over but the company continues to give the personal and professional service that Gene did. My go-to technician for most servicing is Ruben, who is always on-time, courteous, professional, and informative. I recommend McCann Services for all HVAC servicing.

I used McCann Services today because my AC went out. The technician Robert called me and gave me an estimated arrival time and showed up on time. He did his inspection and found the problem and took the time to explain to me what's wrong and answered all my crazy questions. He replaced the part with confidence and knew what he was doing. I will continue to use this company for all my AC and heating needs.

McCann Services was the second HVAC service group I had look at our system after I discovered it wasn't cooling to setpoint. Robert was the technician and he was extremely professional and performed a thorough inspection. He was a true technician, not a salesman. Salesmen posing as technicians is something that runs rampant in this industry. Unfortunately, the average person isn't familiar enough with these systems to know the difference so the salesmen convinces people they need a whole new system. And wouldn't ya know, they just happen to be having a sale this month. That was the first service group we had come out. I politely told them to pound sand.

We had Henry out to give us a quote on a whole-home dehumidifier and boy was he refreshing! He did an amazing job explaining what we needed and made sure I understood what steps we needed to take in order to get our issues resolved. He has so much more experience than anyone else we had out and was the most intelligent and qualified of all the people we’ve talked to. His honesty, integrity, and kindness was unmatched by any other company. (…and trust me-over the past 6 weeks of struggling to find someone to trust, with multiple companies coming out trying to get us to just get an entirely new system instead of fixing the problem-our system is just 5 years old-I cannot tell you how much that meant to me.)
