Great service. They were able to come same day. My dryer vent was beyond clogged. They were able to clean it out quickly and my dryer is performing like new again. No more 3 cycles to dry clothes!

The service was done quick and expensive. After the technician left, I went up the attic to check the vent and found out was not connected. I called the technician and never pick up the phone . The job was lousy and I do not recommend at all.

Amazing job done! They were professional and on time, did the job in the timeframe given. In one day they sanitized my upstairs unit and got rid of all my mold issues, and replaced every duct in the home in one day. Fast, professional service. Thanks guys!

I'm very pleased with Be Cool AC & Heating. Their technician was here for a routine inspection and filter change. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived within the allotted 2-hour window, and was done in under 20 minutes. If/ when I need service for my HVAC system in the future, Be Cool will be my go to!

9/24 The service from be cool air conditioning was awesome, from start to finish. After arriving for a service visit and discussing with Beau The options available I decided to have a new air conditioner Installed. The crew with Oswaldo arrived On time. They quickly got to work removing the old AC. The crew was very professional and very careful not to damage anything. They took all of the old AC parts away with them when they left. Oswaldo did an awesome job.

Follow up, Ryder was wonderful today on the final check of the install for the AC. Very good at answering questions and giving information really appreciate his positive attitude

Bee Cool stepped in to help me with duct replacements for my attic. They were on time, had great attitudes and did quality work. The clean up was completed before they left my house, including the haul off of the old ducts. They took pictures to show me the work they did. They also verified that work from another company had been completed. Ryder and Amber are delightful to work with. They were able to fit me in the schedule and complete the work very quickly.

Bee Cool did a wonderful job on my ac maintenance. They also installed a new surge protector to help protect my ac from sudden on/off starts during storms. Ryder was great! He explains what he’s doing and gives options for problems. I feel completely comfortable with them handling all my ac and heater needs! Thank you so much!

Had 2 Daikin HVAC systems installed. 1- last year and 1- yesterday! Prompt and professional service!! The employees are very courteous to all my needs!! Fantastic customer service!! Bo was the technician, educated me on what might be a better way to make my unit more efficient. They take pictures & videos of everything so you don’t have to be out in the elements watching what he’s trying to explain! He had recommendations for a new unit I will need to replace. Although they don’t work that part of town. He truly had the customers interest at heart. Thanks BE COOL!

So pleased with Be Cool and the whole team. I sent a request late last night online, to which I received an immediate response. Rider came out today, walked me through the issue we were having, showed me photos before and after, and got us back up and running in under an hour. I can’t say enough about the quality of service here. I can’t comment to the pricing, as I never call anyone else, but it seems fair to me!

Always on top of everything. Routine tuneup yielded some issues that were quickly resolved.

I want to begin this review by thanking Daniel and Ishmael for being incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions post-installation and very much showed their experience with AC Units. Rider was the Be Cool Tech that showed up when I was first having problems and was also very professional and knowledgeable.

If you are someone who is unsure about trusting companies these days, I highly recommend these guys as they had quality check from start to finish (They even have next day, post-installation quality check.) Huge thanks for not making this entire process a headache.
