These guys do great work! They show up on time, if not early. They send texts and emails to confirm your appointment, and they send a text to let you know they are on the way. They document everything with photo and video and email it to you. They are competitively priced.

I have used this company for the past two years. They are very friendly and show up on time. I had them install me a brand new Rheem outside condenser in August of 2023. Cost me almost 9 thousand I was able to get on a payment plan and I am still paying for that brand new condenser until October of 2026. I started having trouble with my inside unit replaced the blower paid 1,100 the blower went out again in less than a year. I was able to get it replaced again under warranty. Unit stop cooling again last week techs came out and discovered the inside unit put too much stress on my new outside condenser. Now my compressor needs to be replaced but it is only parts under warranty. So this will cost me 2,500 freon and labor and there is no guarantee that the inside will not cause problems again. The techs suggested I have my inside unit replaced for new. But they no longer make a unit compatible for the new outside condenser I bought in 2023 from them. So they send me a quote for 13,000.00 to replace the inside unit and the outside unit I am still making payments on. So basically the new unit I bought from them in 2023 is no longer good. Due to laws that were past for manufacturers to stop making units with this type of freon.

Responding to owner- Yes you made me aware of my options for the blower on my inside unit. You said we could just change the blower or the whole inside unit and yes there was no guarantee something else would not break on the inside. We chose the blower because that is all we could afford at the time. But when you replaced my outside unit with a new RHEEM condenser in 2023 which I am still making monthly payments on until October of 2026 you told us with good maintenance that unit would last up to 20 years. You even told us to get the more expensive unit so it would last longer and we did. Now you are recommending for the inside unit to be replaced so we have no more problems. But they no longer make an inside unit compatible for my new condenser that you sold me. Now we have no ac and a new unit that is no good.

I had a leak in my ceiling that was coming from my AC. They came out after hours and got things working again until they could come out to the next day, with minimal charge. My mother and my aunt has both used this company and have had great experiences, as well.

Be Cool AC & Heating installed two air conditioners and furnaces for me. One in 2021 and another in 2022. The installs were completed in a professional manner and have worked without any issues. I highly recommend the company.

Initially met Beau and the team at Be Cool when we were getting estimates after our AC gave out in the middle of July. Our entire system at that point was well over 10 years old and Beau recommended a complete system replacement.
Due to the cost of doing a whole new system, I wanted a second and third opinion. While the other companies offered solutions that were significantly cheaper, they were all temporary solutions and it was clear they were not nearly as knowledgeable as Beau. We ended up doing the entire system and there have been no issues.
Not long after, we decided to sign up for their service subscription where they come twice a year to check everything over and clean the coils.
The office team has been amazing about being respectful of my time and accommodating of my schedule. The text reminders they send are helpful without being too much and any time I respond to a text reminder, an actual human responds to me.

Each technician we've had come out to do the regular service has been knowledgeable, professional and clean.

I definitely recommend Be Cool for any AC needs you have.

I had really high hopes for this AC company considering they have so many 5 star reviews. I had an issue with my AC unit not cooling. I had them come out and take a look, the only issue was low refrigerant so I had them fill it up. I was asked if I wanted to add a starter relay to the unit to help protect it long term, so I decided sure why not. I was told it was a great unit and should continue to last me a long time with routine maintenance.

An hour later my house was getting hot and when I went outside the fan on my outside condenser unit was making a grinding noise and was no longer running. I called and they promptly sent someone back out who spent 30 minutes looking at it and informed me nothing was wrong. The fan was running when he left, but 2 hours later my house was again HOT and when I went outside the fan wasn't spinning and was now making a grinding noise.

The next day Beau came back out and after spending some looking at the unit he told me it might be the capacitor and he could test out another one in his truck to see if that was the issue. I told him to test whatever he needs to. After about 10 minutes he comes inside and tells me it's the capacitor and I owe him $500. I was shocked considering he told me he was just testing. I told him I just spent $1000 with them the day before and I have extra capacitors in the garage I can swap out, and I appreciated him verifying he didn't cause the issue. He got really angry and said he can't put new parts in and take them out again. I was never told I had to buy from him or the cost at any point and only told me he was diagnosing. I said the fact that it immediately stopped working after he put in the relay the day before was a weird coincidence and I wasn't blaming him and I wasn't trying to cheat him or get a free diagnostic. I figured it might have been something minor that was overlooked like a loose wire from previous work considering the unit never had an issue other than low refrigerant and he just told the day before it was in great shape. He got really angry and raised the price even more because he said he was going to charge me for labor because I was scamming him for free work. He started talking about me bitching and told me to just keep the capacitor and never talk to him again. It seemed crazy that he got so angry when I went out of my way to make sure I didn't accuse him of anything. He ended up removing the capacitor and leaving my unit open and leaving angrily while mouthing off to me.

We've been pleased with every service received from be cool ac and heating. Every employee we've encountered has been fabulous! They're professional, courteous always punctual, and explain any and everything they do, and answer all of your questions without acting like you're holding them up. They're the only company I've used for over 15 years now, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Very professional, HONEST. They were able to schedule a visit right away. Installed an evaporator coil. Came the next day for a follow up. 5-STAR service! Pricing very reasonable. I think I have found my HVAC company from now on! Thanks Rider and crew!

We are thrilled with our 3-ton Goodman furnaces installed by Be Cool AC and Heating. The staff were professional, honest, timely and made the whole experience seamless! They gave us an excellent, competitive price and went above and beyond by thoroughly documenting everything with pictures. An outstanding experience overall!

During or annual heating system inspection it was identified that we needed to replace our very old existing unit. Be Cool gave us an excellent price for a new unit, and was able to expertly install it quickly. The technicians arrived on time and completed the installation within a few hours and worked neatly. Rider came by later to perform a quality check of the work performed. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Be Cool techs are very professional. They explain things very clearly. Rider is the best! But they all are very nice and work hard to remedy AC and Heating issues. I had Be Cool A/C install a Daikin Mini-split Heat Pump System for our family room. Beau came out to meet with me to initially discuss what I needed done.
