I had a pretty work intensive job. I was pleased with the experience from start to finish. Carlo was patient and professional. The technician that came out to do my evaluation was through and answered all my questions to ensure I understood. When it came time to complete the job, the crew worked quickly and efficiently. Had one small issue with the service tech stepping through the ceiling and Carlo dispatched a sheetrock company to fix the issue ASAP. Gave us a firm price and no monkey business when it was time to collect their invoice. Fast response, fixed the A/C, firm fair price, and fixed an accident ASAP.
