I strongly advise passing on this company for air duct cleaning services. My experience was terrible; they dislodged a sensor, and then the system wouldn't come on , they blew another breaker. I'm still waiting on an electrician; there's no telling what other damage will be found.

Outstanding service! Ben was punctual, very polite, and worked efficiently. Our vents look spotless now and the house smells so much fresher. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Team was awesome. We had them clean and remediate mold in our ducts. Very thorough, and didn’t nickel and dime. Even stepped in to help me hang my son’s saucer tree swing before they left. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Texas Right Choice if you need your AC ducts cleaned. Francisco and Kevin came out today and were really amazing. Francisco made me feel so comfortable with their process . Kevin took a great video to show me the ducts so I could make an informed choice. It's so refreshing to work with an HONEST company. We recently had our HVAC system and air ducts cleaned by Texas Right Choice, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Richard, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient he explained every step of the process and even showed before-and-after pictures.

They found some mold growth inside the system and treated it thoroughly with an antimicrobial solution.
Richard also installed a UV sterilization light, similar to those used in hospital systems, to prevent future mold or bacteria buildup.

The air feels noticeably fresher now, and I already see a difference for my daughter who has asthma.

Richard is the owner of Texas Right Choice. I was a bit surprised when he showed up on site at my house to supervise his workers. I appreciated his hands-on approach to ensuring quality service. His workers did an excellent job cleaning my home’s air ducts. The house was built in 2003. As you might imagine, there was a lot of dust buildup to remove. We immediately noticed a difference. Our AC is far quieter now than before when it runs. It also seems to run less now that the system isn’t pushing cooled air through clogged ducts.

Richard was great in bringing to my attention that we had some other HVAC issues, namely (1) a clogged AC drain line to the point where the drip pan was about to overflow and (2) air ducts that needed to be resealed. He showed me pictures of both issues so I didn’t have to climb up into my attic. He explained how the clogged drain line could cause the drip pan to overflow and cause water damage to the ceiling. Further, he explained how the degraded original seals of the air ducts would allow condensation to seep into the air ducts and allow for mold buildup within the ducts.

He thoughtfully offered to fix both conditions, but was not pushy at all, like some folks can be when they try to upsell you unnecessary services. I did some quick research and learned that his pricing was entirely reasonable, so we agreed to the additional fixes.

From now on, Richard and Texas Right Choice are my go-to guys for HVAC maintenance and services. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Please beware. This company is complete scammers. I booked ‘complete vents and duct cleaning’ for $99. I told them my dryer duct was clogged. The lady said they’ll include that with the vent.
When the technician came he said our AC has mulch and he can seal that too for $450 something dollars “since he’s already at our house”. I requested him for discount. He agreed on $369 and said he won’t charge for the vents.
When they left, our dryer again indicated clogged. When I asked them what happened, they said “ cleaning all the way to the roof is another $199” and said we got the service for free?!
When I sent them the pymt confirmation code it for $369, they sent us an invoice of made up things amounting to $760 dollars with discounts ending in $369!
In the end, I think we got scammed! There was no issue with our AC either. They just made up a story and showed us fake or previously taken picture from someone else’s house and left without cleaning our vents/duct
When I told them I’m going to write all this in the review. The guy said ‘go ahead and he’s going to post our invoice that we got the service for free?!”
Pathetic customer service too!

Richard,B -Service representative was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain everything answering all our questions. Also shared what can be done for better ongoing maintenance of the units like the filters that are reliable and what not to do by pointing out the vents which should not be blocked by filters.
Was nice enough to also point out to clean the dryer vent with some discount as they were anyways doing the job.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for getting their A/C Units / vents cleaned.

Texas Choice technicians came in and did a great job, they found mold in my ducts, cleared it and place the uv light to prevent it from coming back, so my son and I could breathe better in our home.

Richard and the guys came and did an attic insulation job, taking out the old insulation and resealing any openings and putting new insulation. They were very professional, on time and transparent and fair with their pricing. I just wish I found them sooner

Ben did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. He was honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was efficient, the price was fair, and our system works perfectly now. We’ll definitely call them again

I had this company come out to clean my vents and ducts. The crew appeared kind and professional. After inspection, told me they found mold and recommended a treatment plan. I agreed based on the professional recommendation which ultimately cost me $1500. I asked for a sample of the material to see the mold other than the video they showed me. I sent the sample out and it tested negative. I contacted Texas Right Choice letting them know it wasn’t mold and, inquiring how did they determine it WAS. I’ve contacted them 3 times now with no response. So basically, they scammed me into paying for mold treatments when there was no mold and they never had any indication it was.

I had a fantastic experience with Texas Right Choice! They came out to clean my air ducts after I noticed a musty smell in the house, and they did an amazing job. The team was professional, friendly, and very thorough — they showed me before and after pictures and videos, and the difference was unbelievable.

They completely got rid of the mold and the bad odor that had been bothering us for months . The air in my home feels fresher and cleaner now, and my allergies have already improved. I really appreciate how respectful they were of my home and how clearly they explained everything they were doing.

Dryer performance and service interval made us think we needed the dryer vent cleaned. My girlfriend was home and I was not during the service. They upsold us on cleaning all of the ducts and resealing some, which did seem needed and we don’t have an issue with. Dryer performance never improved, but it’s relatively old and we didn’t think much of it. 7 months later, the dryer vent clogged to the extent that it blew the thermal fuse in our dryer. Pictured is less than half of the lint I got out of it and lack of continuity in the fuse. They never pulled the dryer and there’s no good access to the exhaust/attic side without disassembling the vent. I did exactly that and found it sealed with original duct tape with an obscene amount of lint clogging the whole thing. An amount that makes no sense for 2 people’s laundry over 7 months. Despite the dryer duct being the reason we called this company and spending over $1000, it was maybe partially and likely fully blown off. This resulted in a fire hazard and pulling/disassembling the dryer to replace the fuse all because we didn't babysit these guys.

Francisco and his team were amazing. Very professional and walked me through each step in the process. The video while they are cleaning so you see what they did and in what shape your equipment is in. We had some mold build up in our system so he offered options but I don’t feel pressured at all. The whole process took less than an hour. Great job guys!

I called and scheduled for my ducks to get cleaned and inspected. The process was smooth and it wasn’t a long wait! Within two days I was scheduled. They came out, Was very professional, Knowledgeable and informative. I got my ducts cleaned, inspected for mold and I couldn’t be happier. I was provided a receipt with pictures of the inspection, which was a plus. I would definitely recommend!!! A+ company !

I strongly advise seeking an alternative company for air duct cleaning services. My experience with this organization has been profoundly disappointing, particularly regarding their customer service after payment has been processed. Typically, I refrain from writing negative reviews; however, after extending them an opportunity to rectify the situation with no response for over a month, I feel compelled to share my experience.
The service occurred on Monday, August 11, and that very evening, my air conditioning unit began leaking. I enlisted the help of my AC repair technician, who resolved the initial issue, only for the problem to recur the following day. Upon further investigation, my technician disassembled the unit and discovered a significant amount of debris obstructing the line, which was the root cause of the backup and subsequent leak. He documented the findings with video and photographs, clearly indicating that Texas Right Choice was responsible for the damage. It is no coincidence that this debris appeared after their service, as my AC had functioned properly prior to their visit.
This company demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and I cannot recommend them or consider using their services again. Acknowledging mistakes is a fundamental aspect of good customer service, which they have unequivocally failed to provide. I have little respect for businesses that neglect their responsibility to new customers.
Moreover, my AC repair bill exceeded $400, a direct consequence of their inadequate work. Additionally, do not be misled by their advertised pricing of $99; my total bill amounted to over $500 due to the typical bait-and-switch tactics employed by unscrupulous businesses. I suggest that the owner or management of this company consider a different career path, as they clearly lack essential customer service skills.

Hello! As the homeowner. I will have to share my experience with the work that was done in my home as far as my AC duct cleaning service. The Professional Service that I experienced was far more than what I expected and I got a chance to experience the education of it all. Richard was the technician that had came out for service. He treated me as if I was family telling me everything I need to know and asking me questions of a lot of things far more than what I thought that may have been asked at the time. Throughout the duration of the service I was happy from beginning to end. There were some important things that were pointed out that I thought was okay and these problems got taken care of and fixed and I was very happy with the price. There was no need to shop around for other competitors based off the prices he had given moving forward on some other needed factors that needed to be done in my home. I want to thank Richard and his team for coming out making a quick fast professional repair now my AC is cooling a lot more better than it was in the beginning although it was still cooling but now I can definitely feel the blow. I once again to thank you guys at Texas right choice for making my home feel good again.
