⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent HVAC & Duct Cleaning Service

I had a great experience with Texas Right Choice. I was dealing with mold inside and outside my air ducts, and Francisco and the boys were very thorough from start to finish.

They completed a full HVAC and duct cleaning, applied an antimicrobial treatment, sealed the ductwork properly with mastic, installed a UV sterilization system, and even included dryer vent cleaning. They explained everything clearly, showed before-and-after pictures, and made sure I understood how to prevent the issue from coming back.

Francisco and his team were professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. The pricing was fair for the amount of work done, and I felt confident the job was done right—not rushed or just sprayed and left.

I highly recommend Texas Right Choice to anyone needing duct cleaning, mold treatment, or HVAC maintenance. I will definitely use them again.

Reggie Houston was our technician and he was awesome. He knew what was going on and able to troubleshoot quickly. Parts were not in when he started his day but they came in later on and he went back to office and got the parts and came to fix unit the same morning. He was very nice, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. We would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Bon looked into an AC issue that came up from an inspector on a house I was trying to sell. He walked me through the issue in great detail to where I could understand it and determined that my AC was working as it should. I really appreciated his work, his explanations and his kind towards me. He was amazing and I’d definitely use Air City AC again because of my experience with him!

I was having trouble with my Ac and made a claim with my warranty company and they sent some one out. This was the third company to look at my AC they said they fixed the problem. When I turned on my AC and it ran for about 30 minutes it started leaking from my ceiling. Call them out again and they said it was a plumbing issue . Call 2 different plumbing companies and each said it is the Ac and not a plumbing issue. I called Air City and they sent an angel Jeff and Takia the first thing Jeff said I have read all the notes and I can fix the problem. Within a hour my system was working and I have not had any more problems. Thank you Jeff and Takia you guys are my heroes.

My a/c went out and i called Air city. They sent out a technician and he easily found the problem. He replaced a realy and got it going again. We’ll be calling again if any future issues. Thanks

My heater went out just before the recent cold snap and snowfall we had, and I was suffering in the cold leading up to it. Thankfully Seth T came by and not only helped get that fixed before temps dropped below freezing, but also made sure that I knew what to do on my own to prevent my insurance from refusing to pay for the repair. He was also super knowledgeable and very friendly, great to talk to while he was getting the job done!

I can't recommend Ron Dixon with Air City Air Conditioning enough! He came out to my event space in Katy, Texas, and within just five minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and offered a practical solution. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. In a world where good service is hard to come by, Ron is an absolute gem. If you need reliable and quick air conditioning service, look no further!

Home warranty scheduled Air City AC to come out. Air City called promptly and came out the following day. Bryce, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem and discussed unit and options with me. He will turn recommendations in and hoping to get part quickly. Good service and I would recommend Air City AC and Heating.

We had a few hiccups with getting a technician out here, but after the second tech, Roman, came by everything’s cool now. Literally! Roman ended up going above and beyond what the first tech diagnosed, so I can say without reservation that he was well worth the wait. All the staff I worked with were very friendly and helpful. If you need your AC fixed and not just patched over, then I recommend!!!!

Brian worked at least 6 hours most of that time alone, installing new equipment under a home warranty. Then discovered a very clogged pipe and asked to return on a Saturday on his day off to replace it. Brian is dedicated to the work and customer service. Thank you Brian!

Reggie was very thorough in helping us understand our AC concerns. He explained to my husband and I very well the issue to our new home. He gave us options on how to solve the issue and how effective both options are as well their defaults. Very nice gentlemen and would likely contact them again for my HVAC concerns.
