He went above and beyond to help us, even coming back to back to our place for two days shows his dedication to the work. . Bryce initiated a thorough inspection, solved all the issues, and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect. His dedication and expertise were truly appreciated. Highly recommend Bryce.

We had many companies out in the past and the techs always try to sell us something we don’t need or we have a bad experience. Today we had Peter out for our fall maintenance and he did an excellent job! Checked everything thoroughly as well as explained everything well. He treated our AC and home with care, very happy with this company. For any AC needs ask for Peter he’s the best!

There is a reason the one star reviews are at the top. The owner of this AC company tried to pressure me into buying a new unit for 5k over what competitors are selling for. Told me I needed to make a decision same day, because I'm sure he didn't want me to figure that out. Do not trust this company sell you a new unit and always price around!

Amazing service was provided by Tony Nguyen! Tony is a polite and efficient professional completing the repair quickly. Tony explained everything with great detail including photos/videos showing the issue and the completed repair. If it was possible to rate a company lower than one star I would do so. Based on Air City A/C & Heating LLC service experience , I would rate this company -5 stars.

If you value professionalism, communication, and even a modicum of competence and respect from a business, I implore you to NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company. The only aspect they excel in is providing horrible service. Moreover, they offer no reputable level of correction or interest in improving their service.

In a field where you can literally choose from dozens upon dozens of different A/C or heating services in the Houston area, you would be hard pressed to find a company as inept as Air City A/C & Heating. Save yourself the time and stress, do not use this company.

Purchased a complete air condition system this summer. Had a few quotes from different companies, but these guys are the best!! Excellent prices, and a lot of different options.Very professional. Same day install!!! I couldn’t believe it. Thanks

I couldn't have asked for a better company than this company and I hope they stay that way their customer service was unbelievable, I am very proud of the work they done and I am a disabled cancer patient and I explained to them that I had no air Mr John made sure my ac got on said it the humidity to where it needs to be put because of my condition Mercedes at the office oh my God she is awesome she is so awesome, I also worked for a AC company so I know pretty much how this goes and let me tell you I got to give these people a five as I said they took the application not even 24 hours later they were in my home installing the new AC any questions I had they answered and I called like two or three times and they still didn't get an attitude they were very polite and professional on the phone and when the guys got here they immediately looked at the system they went to work and that was it once again thank you so much for getting my AC back on and yes I appreciate it like you do not believe I will recommend you to every in anybody I know thank you Miss Soto

Great service! Fast and efficient, I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Looking at the star ratings, I was expecting a superior service from this company. I was disappointed for not only long delay in service but double billing. A problem that could have been fixed in one day took almost 10 days. First diagnosis AC motor needs to be replaced, brought new motor, took almost 7 days . Second diagnosis, motherboard is faulty, took almost 3 days. In summer, I was lucky to have the second unit work or else I would have had to move out of the house. Not happy with the professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness.

I have been working with this company for 2+ years and am so sad to see the decline. I waited 2 full days for no one to show up for the scheduled appointment, me to have to continuously call to get no real solutions as to where our technician was, no call back from the manager regarding the issue, and unapologetic technicians. They are quick to take your money but there is no communication in between. The technician seem new and don't even explain things to you anymore. Sadly, I think I'll have to say I'm done with using this company and find another one who values their customers and their schedules.

The quality of service and professionalism were amazing. My technician Victor did an outstanding job. His experience and expertise are unmeasurable. I highly recommend Air City AC & Heating to everyone for their ac & heating needs. Thank you to American Homeshield for recommending them to me.

Vandalism and Poor Security
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I discovered that my unit had been vandalized. The technician went to my attic and did some vandalism and intentionally taken off my air duct and furnace vent exhaust, I was lucky I sent another technician to prevent major damage to my system before it happened.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of security and accountability. This has cost me a lot of money in repairs, not to mention the inconvenience of being without AC during the hottest time of the year.

Jr and Eduardo came to install our WiFi thermostat and they did a fantastic job. Very courteous and fast. They even swept the floor when they were done. I definitely would have them back for future repairs and service.

Jose did an amazing job. He found the problem and had it fixed within half an hour. Incredible service and very personable.

My AC went out on a hot summer night. I was concerned as I have a young child in the house. I called Air City and they had a technician out within the hour. He quickly assessed the problem and stayed until the problem was repaired. Air City was prompt with their response and assessed and repaired quickly at a fair price. The was the best experience I could ask for considering the situation. Customer service goes along way and I will call Air City for any of my AC and heating needs in the future

Very unprofessional experience with Air City. I scheduled an appointment and there was no communication leading up to it—no email, no text, nothing. After the service window had already passed, the agent (John) finally called and claimed he had car trouble. I told him I was at work but he was welcome to stop by and look at the outside unit. Instead, he said it wasn’t necessary and just asked me to send him what I was looking for. I sent over a detailed paper with all my requests.

Hours later, after I had to follow up with him, he finally responded with nothing more than a simple text and a price—no professionalism, no explanation, no follow-up. For a company in this business, I expected clear communication, pride in their work, and at least the courtesy of reviewing my system in person. None of that happened.

I would personally stay away from a company that operates this way and shows so little pride in their service.

This company was sent out by our home warranty company. Two hours late and was condensing in speaking to me. He did check and tried to diagnose, but felt very talked down to. I finally had to let my husband deal with it as I was done. I would not recommend. Also wanted me to do a google review right then…no I will do in my own time. I don’t like that at all feeling pressured to do a review in front of someone. Glad we did not have anything major as I would not feel confident it would be done correctly.

Our 30 year old system went out and we needed something immediately, being in south Texas in the summer, no AC is unbearable. After calling over 10 different companies, I came across Air City and made a call. while the other companies were to busy and scheduled me out several days to take a look, Air City sent one of their finest, Mr. Dixon. Mr. Dixon was at my house within a couple of hours assessing the system. Mr. Dixon concluded that the system needed to be replaced, upgraded, and the ventilation system needed to be re-engineered since some extra rooms were added and the AC was not upgraded. Mr. Dixon engineered the whole system and walked me through every technical aspect of the new design. It was very apparent that Mr. Dixon was very knowledgeable within the first minute of meeting and discussing an unnecessary snow guard attached to my old unit. The man is full of knowledge and undoubtedly a huge asset to the company. After going over the new design and price, Mr. Dixon had the crew show up 2 days later with all the equipment and the professional crew knocked the whole system out in a day. I can't express how happy I am with this company and quality work they do. Will highly recommend it to any consumer needing fast quality service. If you're lucky, you'll also get to meet the legend known as Mr. Dixon!
